I would like to add that being around male friends who are confident is great practice. Because you can see a lot of this first hand, and easily learn from it/have it rub off onto you. There's a couple guys I work with and we give each other shit all the time, in fun. It''s great practice.

Yeah like I said man, I really am trying to work on taking sex off the pedestal. I just need to fucking stop being a little fucker and just do it. Just fucking do it. And I will fucking do it. Appreciate it.

I used to do things like push-ups, go for a walk, cold showers(for urges) when I did NoFap at the start of the year, but for some reason i got complacent and stopped doing those things. I need to start doing those things, on top of being more productive with my free time. Also My habits now are better than what they used to be. Going from fapping/porn 3+ times a day to once every 4-6 days is a big improvement. However, I am still stopping myself from fully eliminating porn. I still got room for …

Thanks for the feedback. It's funny because when I quit drinking, and would get urges I always would ask myself "How is drinking tonight going to help you in the long run?" and then I would talk to myself about it, and end up not drinking. Why I haven't done this to porn, I really don't know. It's something I need to do with all decisions. I will also re-read those chapters.

Thanks for the tough love. You're right I am holding myself back and I will stop when I want to stop. I will stop now. Appreciate the kick in the ass.

You pretty much hit the nail on the head. I like the idea of a second job, however in a couple weeks I will be starting a brand new career, and I am almost positive it's going to require some self-educating in that specific field, so I am looking forward to spending a lot of time on that. Also I have been trying hard to find activities to do on my day off through things like meetup.com but a lot of the groups are on my work days, and I work from the afternoon till late at night. However, after c…

Yeah I've been trying tinder, but haven't had many matches. I'm also not fat or anything, I'm actually pretty lean. If I lack confidence, what are some things I can do to increase it?

There are a ton of hobbies I do want to pick up, but because of my current IRL situation it's hard to really do them. Within a year or so I should be out on my own finally, and able to really get the ball rolling with a lot of shit I've always wanted to do. I appreciate your feedback.

I do a lot of introspection, and research into things that I have issues with such as porn. I realized that my lack of experience with sex/women, plus my porn addiction has led me to believe that I have sex and women on a huge pedestal. I feel as if I need to be banging chicks all the time, or what not. Maybe I am still stuck in the "if I don't bang a lot of girls. then maybe something is wrong with me?" I understand that the amount of chicks you bang doesn't define you as a man, however I would…

using them as a crutch. I was using them as a crutch. Porn and masturbation for my lack of real world sex, and I also notice doing them makes me lack the motivation to go out and approach women. video games I went from playing them all day to not playing them and filling my time with better things. And improving my actual life instead of some fictional RPG character. I know they both aren't bad in a good moderation, however, as I am addicted, I believe getting rid of them is the best FOR ME. It …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
