1	Essentially how it goes. That's not how individual plans work, at all. No matter your level of coverage in an insurance plan, if you're paying premiums, your money is going to pay for people's whose plans do have those coverages. Your a lower risk if you opt for lower coverage, so you pay a lower premium, but as I said, your premium is still used to pay for higher risk people with more coverage.
