Thailand is an extreme case, and being white really helps there, I don't think Thai guys have nearly as much fun there. But yes, that is an example of the kind of thing I am talking about. When you visit non-western countries, its stunning how different the behavior of the women tends to be.

I do not research every random homework assignment strangers give me on the internet. And I never even disagreed with you, I just pointed out that your whole approach is dismissive. You take some initiative and try offering off proof to back up your ideas and discuss them in a mutually respectful way. Either that, or go away and stop wasting both of our time.

Bit of a tangent, but to be fair MRAs were using the term "red pill" for a very long time. So it's kind of hard to define what "red pill" means. Lots of different groups borrowed that term from the Matrix.

I'm a liberal guy myself, in that I support socialized medicine, public education, and environmental protections. But I also think most modern feminists are full of shit, and I think Red Pill makes some great points about evolutionary biology. It's really frustrating that neither the left nor the right seem interested even letting people like me participate in their discussions.

I suggested you should tell people who agree with you to be less emotional. If you already do that, you could have just said so several days ago. Also, if you truly discussed politics without ego, you wouldn't feel the need to fill your posts with ad hominems, or examples of how great you are.

Learn to discuss your points with less emotion. Could you maybe tell some people on "the_Donald" that little gem of advice? I think the reason people people like the "faded_jester" are "emotional" ie because they are sick of dealing with bullshit reactions from people who "support our president" as you do. Maybe they will listen to you.

True, it's mostly a result of the fact that our First Past the Post election system leads inevitably to only 2 political parties. When there are only 2 political parties, its easy to convince people that there are also only 2 points of view on anything. hence "left and right."

but I will say that anybody who thinks the free market fixes absolutely everything, including things with limited supply or unlimited demand (for instance the radio spectrum, roads, or healthcare) without any regulation is drinking koolaid. God, it is so refreshing to hear a tiny bit of sanity! This brightens up my day.

I feel the same way you do. Progressive towards government policy, but still think the Red Pill has a lot of insights about gender. I really wish people like us could get our own groups going. I think there are a lot of liberal men who are fed up with dealing with feminist bullshit, but still want medicare for all.
