I haven't met many in person but I did see a classmate from elementary school identify herself as a feminist, saying she wants men and women to be equal in everything. This was in response to a post questioning whether women should be able to hit men without men hitting back. I think feminists who actually interact with men and average people tend to have more level headed views.
