1	Lift Weights. Lift Weights. Lift Weights. Why is that repeated so much here? People constantly gawk at me when I am in the qym. Outside it they are a little more subtle. I fall into that fear me category. I started lifting again about 2 months ago and boy has it made a difference. People always talk to me, girls flirt with me, dudes always complement me, it is fucking awesome to be respected by all. As I am making my way through the crowd (following those in front of me like civilized being) I was shoved. Now I am a fairly large dude, 5'11 225lbs. I was kinda drowning my sorrows of losing a rugby championship earlier and was actually having a good time until I turned around.
