In some instances it would be proof the accuser was lying. Let's say that the accused is a boyfriend or family member...someone well known to the accuser. Now let's say evidence of the accused's innocence like security footage proves the accused's alibi. Now, that would be pretty rock solid evidence of lying, save the accused having a twin.

It's just about impossible to convict them based on testimony, but physical evidence would be damning. Maybe some sort of proof of the accused alibi...there are ways to convict. The shame is that anyone would be convicted of rape based solely on testimony.

Your friend sounds like a dick. Seriously though, I agree about making some consideration as to the background of why someone is being a dick or bitch. If I was an attractive woman at a night club full of douches, I might default into bitch mode as well, but I'd probably avoid the scene entirely, because I am not a fan of douches. As I typed that last sentence I realized it was bullshit. I enjoy dancing to good DJs, and they often perform in clubs filled with douches.

It could be. I'd be more apprehensive to use 'faggot'. A lot of people's gay bashing wounds are still pretty fresh. IMO it is best left to gay people to use. Although, people do need to be less sensitive about such things. They're just words...

My favorite has always been 'son of a motherless goat', but cunt can be a fun one to use on the rare occasion I really want to make it sink in I don't like someone (oddly enough I use it commonly as a term of endearment for my male friends). It's all in the inflection.

That was a wise purchase IMO. Some men can be real dicks about being overly aggressive when hitting on women. Some women can be bitches about rejecting advances. I believe you encountered a dick, and I encountered a bitch. I have not let that isolated experience affect my overall view of women, and hope you do not let the memory of that day affect your view of men. Some people are just assholes.

I have spoken to and worked with many homeless people. The overwhelming majority of them are men, but the overwhelming majority that actually get a bed at the shelter are women. Every time, or just when the woman was a bitch about it? There is a big difference between 'No, thanks.' and 'Fuck off'. One time in my life I encountered such a woman. I offered to buy her a drink because She was hot and standing next to me waiting to order while I was already ordering, and I was in a good mood.
