Moisture is probably the issue. Getting a way to keep dry would help. Washing your skin with a soap that kills the bacteria would be helpful too

Even when you tell them upfront this will happen. You say what you mean and they hear a challenge. Focus on letting them know you are with someone else when they want to do something with you. "Are you free this Friday?" "I work till 3 the I was going to hang out with Stephanie, I will probably be free next week"

Random sex is normally unfulfilling and leaves you worse off than just masterbation. Having a regular hookup or several can be significantly better. You'd want some connection to the person to make it better sex. Your goals really matter here and they type of sex also matters.
