Doing something for your country does not mean you are a slave. I am kind of biased however as I still have my Oath of Allegiance hanging on the wall. But the Army was the only place i have ever felt any purpose. Civvy life is kinda shit tbh. Unpopular Opinion: without military service, a person should not even be allowed to become a citizen. ​ Like I say I am very biased in my views. ​ Its all about King and Country.

I've completely cut out snacking and excessive amounts of fizzy shit. 22 Ibs lighter. I'm not ripped, but can defo see muscle definition. However, I am probably more confident now as I don't hate the way I look, kinda happy it never came to a belt sander. Actually imagine, its more to do with how I view myself. But regardless, the advice of "Just Lift" stands the same.

It's also the end of work nights out. Sadly it was the first big work night out since Covid, and now we're ending them permanently (HR didn't have a single sexual harassment claims for over two years) Probably the best solution to stop this happening again. Although does kind of suck.
