| -1 | NJ Student Suffers Cruel “Horrible Ordeal” Sleeping With 22-Year-Old Teacher22 years old teacher 15 years old student Teacher is a pedophile (or a pederast if you want to be a pedant... if you'll excuse the alliteration), end of story. When I was 15, I was interested in girls my age, and while I did have some sort of crush on a few older girls, I never would have acted on it. Having a fantasy and acting on it are two different things. Also, the teacher is a figure of authority. | /r/MensRights | 07/08/13 09:47 PM |
Nurse poking fun at male health issueI appreciate all sorts of humor, and I do mean all sorts. I don't find this funny either because when you're in pain, you have other things to worry about than wondering if your nurse will help you or just stand there and make fun of you (and also that you came to her for help that she's expected to be giving you and she's brushing you off). But that might also be because when I'm in big pain, I lose all patience and turn sadistic :P | /r/MensRights | 02/08/13 02:37 PM
Slate: Women prefer to give oral sex to circumCISed men, "seems more natural".I don't know how it is in other countries but in the US, circumcision is done on at least 50% of newborn babies - sometimes even without any consent. I'm sure in countries where circumcision is not the standard you'll find the opposite to be true. | /r/MensRights | 02/08/13 02:16 PM
A Serious Question Regarding the Purpose of FeminismIt's only my opinion, I mean, I'm not a scholar in this subject, but here's what I gather about feminism: 1- In practice, there's two types. There's the type of feminist who wants complete equality between men and women, and there's the type who wants more rights for women. That's really the only question I feel qualified answering to. Now, on a bit of a tangent, please keep this in mind: when meeting a woman, assume she is type 1 feminist. If she is not (and even if she is not a feminist at all… | /r/MensRights | 31/07/13 03:07 AM
First men, then Trans and Gay identified people. Is there anyone radical feminists will not attack?First line: "Prior to 1990: Trans was not particularly in with the Gay community" No. Liking trans people does not make you gay/hetero. There's an actual term for it (two terms actually, for both genders) but I don't remember it. Look up "attraction to trans women" on Wikipedia and go from there. The consensus is that hetero men are attracted to femininity or at least elements of it. The fact that their partner has a penis is for some a small problem (like they'd find their girlfriend having sud… | /r/MensRights | 31/07/13 02:18 AM
Questions from a feministMy two cents: 1- To me, oppression is like a minefield. You can walk around and suddenly you trigger a mine - an instance of oppression. Oppression is not constant like swimming in lava would be, if you get what I mean. Some will be lucky and never walk on a mine, some will attract mines... whereas when swimming in a lava pit, you get burned the same whatever you do. All in all, I think it's mainly a governmental problem. Let me be clear: I have never had problems when interacting with girls and… | /r/MensRights | 31/07/13 02:05 AM
What are your thoughts on "splitting the bill"? or paying for her in general?I went out with a girl for the first time in my life not long ago, and we ate at a restaurant. I actually was not prepared for the bill and spent a lot of time thinking about it. When it came time to pay the bill she said she'd pay her part and didn't leave me time to argue, so I was okay with it (I would have been anyway - she made a decision herself, she's a grown woman). However we had so much trouble splitting evenly (one had no change, the other needed change...) that I decided to cover it … | /r/MensRights | 31/07/13 01:42 AM
