It's not rape if it was consensual. Only reason rape is getting thrown in here is because she was much older than he. As a former 15 year old male I can tell you that 15 is old enough to give consent. If he didn't consent, then the teacher should be punished harshly. If he did, then she shouldn't, its as easy as that.
