I get 80% my plates from tinder. I'm doing really well online since I live in a big student city. I'm doing good in clubs and bars too. Just don't want to take a girl home and have whiskey dick. Try drinking big protein shakes. They have easily over a 1000 calories and 75g of protein. Get yourself a big blender: 500ml milk, 80g protein powder, 200g oats, 1 banana, tablespoon of honey. One in the moring and one in the evening and youre good to go. During the day eat some nuts. These shakes have no caloric limit. You can easily get to 1500calories per shake.

Not hyped up brands. Quality has its price. Ive a 400€ ted baker coat for 4 years now. Its good enough to wear but its clearly not the best quality one can get. Saying everything over 600 has diminishing returns is just wrong. Its rather the opposite.
