This appears to be completely fabricated... I can’t find any evidence anywhere of Cardi B saying this. There is one website that claims she posted it to her Insta and deleted it, but absolutely nobody has a screenshot, even though they appear to be quoting text exactly. Some tiny garbage website made it up, and another website (and some memers) ran with it. Which makes sense, since what she admitted to was drugging and robbing men, not raping them.
