You're asking how someone like Jay-Z can swoop someone like Beyonce since he is ugly... By asking that it would seem you believe beauty is 'everything' and you likely cant be with someone beautiful if you're less than average, hence why my comment. Not only beauty is in the eye of the beholder but there are many reasons other than beauty why someone might be attracted to someone else.

If you mean true love, Anyone can get love at anytime, as in its possible for anyone and should be rare so we can appreciate it when it happens, and while men and women are different, we're all vulnerable at different levels. It's a two way street. And if you mean that women can get a man anytime... That's not necessarily love... Often far from it.

It is scientifically proven in countless studies, men and women think, experience and process things differently, its genetic, biological, hormonal, even the parts of the dominant traits of the brain are different from men to women... From someone who works in the entertainment industry... i can say women do it for all kind of different reasons... from not caring at all about conforming to the societal views, to freeing themselves on those events from the everyday routine... some do it because others do, like the other girlfriends so they dnt want to be the party pooper, etc... Those festivals and events allows you to free yourself... from a society thats pretty strict and judgemental telling you how you should be and behave …

These are not mutually exclusive, you can still care about and look for personality in a potential relationship and be enamored lovecrushed at someone's beauty... thats unfortunate but thats the 'logical' reality of our world. Similar to money or fame, Beauty is a currency, a blessing and also a curse... depending. Studies have shown, the more beautiful you are the easier it is to get out of any bad situation, people are more forgiving, tolerant.
