In a different forum called skyscraperscity. I got banned several times. Every account I made was discovred to be me. So the mods banned my IP. I found out that I was able to create a new account at my friend house but not at mine. So I realized that everyone I get banned. All I have to do is either use a proxy to make a new account or to my friends house.
