If prositutes are more cost efficient you should try different settings. Regarding the time you are right. What money can do is show social status, nothing necessary in any case. It varies. The answers seem to indicate that in the US there is a huge macho thing going on about who is allowed to have the number. However I suggest and experience judged me right that you shall not give out your number easily. Better are more low level kinds of communication which you can more easy change and are less disruptive. Giving out your number to a person you don't know does bear a higher risk of being heavily anoyed (understated).

I like that he isn't a really good public speaker and orbits around a few basic patterns to express himself. Really shows that there are ways to connect to people which are different than speaking like Clinton at the DMC. Still his body language is focus and more over the top than average people.

How did you come to get to know the West European club attitudes? From my experience it varies wildly between Germany, Finland, Denmark, Netherlands, France (urban), and Spain. Factor in the types of clubs and I wouldn't say there is a thing as West European club attitudes except when makeing up a difference between the US and EU culture.
