I'd say just keep your eyes open everywhere. Most decent men I spot in public are at pretty common places like gas stations and grocery stores and the gym. A friend of mine met a nice boyfriend on the bus once, but she was very outgoing. I personally struggle with approaching in public so most people I've met were through school, work, neighbors, or friends of friends.

Damn before I got banned r/dating had to be the most boring subreddit ever. I was like "why haven't I heard of this one before" and then I read a few posts and was like "oh because it's a clown show that's not even entertaining"

You're just describing masculine vs feminine looks and you should know there are women that prefer feminine men or certain looks. I often find "ugly" features that are opposing to the features I personally am self conscious about attractive. For instance I have a big jaw and so I often find that unattractive; the giga Chad guy is like a 6 to me because I personally find big jaws unattractive although I can see most people consider it a Chad trait. I just wish women would get more credit on this …

They need to visit r/Instagramreality even without photoshop, you can use angles and lighting to look way hotter than irl.

I think you're only proving that men have no objectivity about looks and they can't say they are able to accurately rate women on a scale of 1 to 10. Emma Watson was Reddits hottest woman for years after she turned 18, pictures of her were everywhere and she was very obsessed about.

I've literally seen men like that, meh looking bald dude with a belly putting a picture of him with some fine ass (professional) dancers he probably had to stand in line to take a photo with, and then he even uses that photo on his dating profile. Explains a lot why these perpetually single average men also complain about the top 5% of men because apparently that's who they're competing with! Lol as if it's even a competition

I think it's because the average is combining the healthy people with morbidly obsese. If you take the average of 1 healthy weight person and 1 morbidly obese person you still end up with the average at 170lbs. It's not that most people are 170, it's that the obese are so much heavier they drag the average towards them more. I live in San Francisco and see so few obese people here I forget how hugely prevalent it is in the south/midwest/other rural areas of the US.

So true. This subreddit can't handle that attraction is subjective and finding a match is really more luck/timing than being only based on how hot/tall/rich you are. When I was younger and struggling with dating, I figured I was just too ugly. Told lots of friends/family I was too ugly to ever find a boyfriend and most would laugh at me, roll their eyes, or cringe and look at me with pity. Guess what, it was never my looks, but my crippling anxiety and depression that cock blocked me.

It's not just "weird" fashion models they rate low but classic celebrities as well. Some guy insisted Emma Watson was like a 6 or a 7 once. Stick around here a while and you'll see it. Idk if men have just seen too much photoshop/filter that they forget what normal women look like or if they're purposefully trying to make normal women feel like ugly pieces of shit.

Most of my boyfriends have been fairly clean, except one who blatantly refused to clean up. He's pretty upfront that he just doesn't care about it. Before me he hired cleaners I think? And was just hugely ok with being messy. I'm pretty messy too so I kind of prefer it to living with people who have higher standards than me lol. I definitely enjoy cleaning sometimes but usually I stick to the bare minimum not to be a health hazard.

Murder is not to killing as sexual selection is to eugenics.

No my friend sexual selection IS NOT eugenics. No one says "the males of this bird species have evolved colorful plumage because of eugenics."

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
