The most alpha thing you can do is deeply care about yourself, your community, and the world at large. Transcending boundaries, bringing world peace sort of vibe. Not in a way that eliminates competitivenes, but a way that drastically reduces corruption. Would be the most alpha thing you could do. You would literally be remembered for the rest of history like the past people who have done this.

well my problem with your original post was All of the data on number of sexual partners is more than likely low because people self report with extreme bias. There’s no incentive to be honest. the problem I have with that is I'm pretty sure people who conduct studies (as in they have a PHD) would be smart enough to figure out ways to get over this problem. but I've never really dug into the data so I'm not going to make a confident decision regarding that.
