it's like the red pill subreddit except gayer and it costs money? Count me in! I can't think of anything more alpha that being mentored by "professional life coaches" and browsing an ever-increasing catalog of red pill film commentary. And it's a non-profit, so you know for an absolute fact there is no grifting going on here.

Playing music out loud in a gym (or any public space around people) is completely unacceptable. Nine out of ten people would agree that playing music out loud on public transportation is highly inconsiderate. It's the same for the gym.

I don't think this was posted by the date. LILNOSLEEPY's avatar is a male cartoon character, and it seems like a male username imo. I think this was probably posted by a dude trying to shame another dude. I mean, I don't know either way, but that's how it looks to me.

I think reading is severely overrated here. Reading a book each week would take something like 2+ hours a day. That plus my ~2 hours/day of lifting would leave me with no time to work on hobby projects. For example, in my current routine, I work on improving my coding skills for about 2 hours each weekday. Reading a book a week means I would have to completely forego coding. Imo, damn near any hobby/skill improvement is better time spent than reading books. I usually read for 20-30 minutes each …
