I've never read the books or played the games. So this is my introduction to it. I like the genre and so I'll probably finish the show, but whomever wrote the script needs to be canned for season 2. Three episodes in and I don't have any idea what's going on. The show to me is like Hercules The Legendary Journeys, but with better special effects and an incomprehensible script.
