Well, I do think that in the middle of the workout is not the best moment (because yeah, we are here to workout mainly), but to be honest, catching the girl in the situations you described (living the gym or stretching) is very very rare. I 100% agree with what you said, that’s what i did last time ! The only thing that is a bit annoying is that I go to the gym on the “empty hours” so I can train hard without having to wait for the bench or machines, but it is also a downside because I don’t have the opportunity to see a lot of girls. I’m trying to approach girls I find very attractive in some locations I’m going often (groceries stores, gym, parks, beach). I always try to have an eye contact or two first, it’s more easy when you know she has noticed you. But it’s not always possible

Yep I agree, but I have a pretty good life and income, I’ve traveled a lot, I’m a social guy and I don’t think I’m on the looser side. I’m still getting laid, but I just find it more difficult to get laid on dating apps than before
