Seems a very obvious Title IX violation, surely? No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. But the fact that he couldn't should strengthen his argument quite a lot, considering it denies him equal protection and it is equal protection laws that are pushing the university to apply a 50/50 standard rather than any presumption of innocence.

Semi-automated. Feminists generally flag new accounts that disagree with them for spam, and if enough of them do it, it trips the suspension. They'll usually restore it when it's clear it's not spam, but with no action taken against those who abuse the system, it generally keeps happening.

In my experience, that site is much more heavily moderated than "on-topic and not abusive". I'd be surprised if your comment got through. But you make a good point. "Men=perpetrator", "women=victim" is so pervasive it's easy to be numb enough to it to miss it, but articles like this are what you get when that is the default attitude.

I know circumcised men look better, but so do labiaplasties. Disagree on both counts. Where circumcision is not the norm, it looks just as odd as the uncircumcised do where it is. And while labiaplasties are performed with the informed consent of the patients (unlike most male circumcision), I can't help but think a lot of it is still unnecessary and based on a distorted view of what genitals are supposed to look like. Depends what you mean by equal. Inequality persists right now for men and women, though they face different challenges that aren't necessarily easy to quantify or compare.
