This is why I posted here instead of in r/meditation. There are martial arts disciplines that teach you to trigger adrenaline on cue from a meditative state, but they aren't something I can communicate in text form. Could you elaborate? Or at least point me in the right direction? I've been training Krav Maga, Muay Thai and MMA as well as some submission wrestling, but never done this explicitly.
