Maybe you might. Get some confidence, but keep a level head. Say "thank you" and conyinue on. Dont let the haters win!

I would say that, try to accentuate what you got. You can be attractive by not having a traditional "lady" face. Actions speak much louder than words. Some people are just unfortunate in the genetics department. Try and be better than you were yesterday. Maybe try and talk to someone, you seem to have some really really deep self doubt.

I would be kindly, but professional. I would try and stay out of office politics as much as possible, but try and make a few friends. Like it or not, people will try and gang up on "the new girl"/"intern". What ever you do, DONT date your coworkers, that is way more trouble than its worth. I would try and get on HR's good side.

Could you talk about how to get the feminine thing figured out? I would like to talk about specifically how African American women can be more feminine and how to do THAT, despite the stereotypes...I would would like hair-care tips

Well, I would normally say kill them with kindness. Maybe she gets a strange kick out of making you angry. Try and utilize the Southern way of "being kind while being rude" type of thing if needed.

I would try and go out to meet based based around the hobbies you enjoy, you would be able to meet new people and build up relationships. I would tread very lightly on online dating, as you can find a winner, but some are jokers, just be up front.

Miss, you do you! If you dress like that all the time, and the other guy didn't put up the effort, that is his problem not yours. If he knew the date ahead of time, he should put in the effort to look the best he can be despite COVID.

I agree with everyone here. Please leave, you are lucky that you don't have children with him. This reminds me of a aqaintince that stayed with her boyfriend for neigh 20 years until until he died and they were in a similar situation as you. May I ask, do you love you enough to find better! using your views just to be an abuser.

Miss, I am not in a relationship, but I am going to look at this objectively. You broke up with him, as in this relationship is over. And it mentioned issues, now, not everyone can be the perfect couple with my parents having fight (married for almost 20 yrs) and a red flag I kinda noticed is you dating on and off. I understand breaks but dating like that seems kinda odd. Also, with the way you mentioned that you aren't in a proper mental place, is a prime target for folks to essentially take ad…

I absolutely love it! But, I do kinda wish that there were more hair guides for folks with really curly hair. I would like to have more things to do with my thick hair without damaging it by using a curling iron all the time and using a straighter.

My mother when she did the mommy and me classes learned to make candies from Ritz crackers and peanut butter dipped in Almond bark. We do it as a Christmas tradition.

May I say..currently as a lifeguard that is around your age..I personally am not a fan of children, but I can connect to them. I normally try to find common ground with them. Like if they like Marvel, I talk about their favorite superheros. Try to treat the kid like a person but with less knowledge.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
