By a large margin one way marital assaults are predominantly wives By a large margin assaults on children are predominantly women. This doesnt indicate woman are more likely to commit domestic assault, just that when they are not faced with accountability they are more likely to be violent.

If your idea of ethical dating is that the law, morals, ethics and social norms only apply to one "side" how can it be ethical? This is ridiculous.

ED husband may be unable to get an erection (thou remains able to be intimate) its true. But knowing he has ED he should as a good partner be accountable to search for a solution. That intent and action means he is willing to do it but cant, he is unable - cool. The unwilling are different. Their intent and action is to not in harmony with a peaceful, fulfilling marriage. Sorry, maybe im blind and deluded. Edit - as for Desire is think its entirely controllable. However I will confess that the 1…

Boy that's tough to define. I dont think the answer is the same for everyone. Thats way above my pay grade to define for everyone. I just watch my monkeys.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/26 10:30 PM

Factually truths dont rely on a single person's experience by definition.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/26 10:01 PM

To clarify; "You continue to use the word "withholding" which suggests that lack of desire is somehow a choice and a punishment." To me it suggests a decision to do something you are able to do. And the unwilling by definition have agency and are able. Withholding is a decision that can be weaponized. What you call consequence is also a convenient dodge. As far as husband's who dont do enough housework I'd personally like to slap each one upside the head for fucking up the rest of us and society…

Yeah, Bad stuff, like a kid thats a drug addict (mine aren't) and feelings get pushed. And you have to ask each other really hard questions, commit to an agreement and deal with consequences. Hope life stays rosey for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/03/26 05:18 PM

Agreed 100% But im talking about accountability. The unwilling are making a unilateral decision that provokes consequences that Dont align with harmony. No decision should be unilateral. I haven't met a well adjusted woman who unknowingly withheld intimacy (or any emotional support) while withholding intimacy. Thats a unilateral breach (admittedly my opinion) of the marriage vows as I understand them. Remember im not saying its justified im saying its breaks the implicit bond of marriage as I un…

I agree but to clarify in regard to these ethics; "If one person is unable or unwilling to engage in intimacy..." I agree that the unable are always exempt. The unwilling however are not. My daughter has poor lifeskills so is exempt from duties I expect her sisters to do. One is unable the others are unwilling and open to conflict. Would you agree?

Defamation requires the allegations be made in public. This was a criminal trial brought on almost sibgle handedly by the Me2 bias of a crown prosecutor. The judge was scathing in her ruling calling the victim's honesty into question. But the backlash was non existent from both men's and women's groups. The loudest condemnation came from a local feminist group.

Funny story about this topic. In the 80s in gr8 to 11 i rarely dated girls in school. Until a girl none of them knew flirted with me and overnight I blew up. That's ridiculous. I think you read sleezy romance novels!
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/25 03:30 AM

I don't know any men that do. I don't know alot of women that do.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/10/25 02:34 AM

Sexual interest is an entirely different thing. Low libido, testosterone, pregnancy it's way more complicated than one example that could be an outlier
/r/PurplePillDebate01/10/25 11:51 PM

Do any women dislike a fit man? Not necessarily roided up up but a bit jacked. Like the guy on the cover of every romance novel I've seen.

Thought experiment. This is about accountability in marriage. Why is it socially built this way.... New Mother is dealing with alot of emotions, baby won't latch, her belly isn't shrinking, husband isn't doing anything right. Husband says he's kinda freaking out but keeping it together. After their kids 1st birthday there is a routine where each parent shares housework and baby and remote work but they're not intimate because she isn't feeling it. Husband is hopeful but has stopped initiating fo…

Please don't be simple. Her obligation, her vows hold her accountable. I expect her to seek help as soon as she can I can handle everything for a week and did many times w,/ 3 daughters. But it's on her to act. That's what I expect and it seems to be a foriegn concept to many women in my experience. Surprise Edit - i believe women handle their motherly responsibilities better, of that i have no doubt.

Again, the wife has no responsibility, she's just that way? I think she should be a better partner and act on a solution she isn't blind to the changes, no matter how emotional overworked, or uncomfortable she gets. No, most people are going to say he needs to do this, he needs to be that. Sure but she made vows too. I have infinite patience for anyone disabled/unable but I don't extend it to the unwilling.

I will give you an example. It's very common for a new wife to lose desire fir her husband. We say it happens sometimes, surely the husband will notice and let her settle in. But instead of taking 6 months it stretches to several more months, they lose all intimacy. It happens. But if you ask couples therapists it's never the wife who steps up in the early stages and takes responsibility for her marital health. Shit no. Not ever, that would be wrong. Instead the man is supposed to support her. A…

I will agree that men are not "naturally superior" but if nature was trying to create a superior gender to protect and provide then nature gave that ability to men. If nature wanted to create a superior gender to nurture and raise children then nature gave that ability to women.
