Imagine if you could prove your manliness to women by not being able to defend yourself from a threat. It's better if you can, or if you are the threat to others in the first place.

So the filters on the AI are biased. Difference, people!

Majority no, most no. But even a few percent, with numbers rising, "a lot" is enough to make it a MAJOR issue within society. That is still millions of friendless men. If you don't want anecdotes only, here https://medium.com/@maxdickins/mens-friendships-5b9794d36a01#:~:text=Men%20have%20a%20friendship%20problem,from%203%25%20to%2015%25. Or google it, there are a lot of sources. Don't get why you are downplaying it so much. Your experiences are anecdotal too, same as mine.

Glad to make your aquaintance then, i am not a self proclaimed incel and made my first real (female) friend 1 year ago at 29 years. The rest were just male aquaintances keeping me around so they can get something from me every few months (I DMed for them). Don't know how a healthy male friendship looks like, aside from getting along with my now dead father. And from browsing the interwebs, i know of many many with worse situations than mine.

Yes i also often think "do i even want to be around these people?" Haha. But then again it's about principle and not giving in to pessimism.

Yeah i can't relate to the female side. Sounds like being bored because there are too many netflix shows and you don't find anything to watch, while on my side the connection isn't working.

Obviously you don't know men without friends, because they aren't your friend. But there are a lot, invisible to everyone else.

"Collective responsibility" is always countered with "it is not womens task to solve your problem, don't blame women, you are part of the problem". Truly a never ending circle.

Implicitly the whole of society still works on the basis of mating dynamics for the male side, i believe. Men still work to get status and money to get a woman, same as old. Meanwhile women had a liberation from this one-sidedly, it is actually shamed if you expect women to fulfill their role, but society stills expects MEN to fulfill their role. Men, being provided for by society, protected from shaming, being able to NOT work and just chill at home with family if they wanted? To have no ambiti…

No whole gender controls any institution. But men act in favor of women and women act in favor of women.

I got the Quest 3 and hoping there are passthrough APs soon that project anime AI girlfriends into my room. With hand detection there can even be interaction. Gonna be amazing.

Absolutely right. The moment men mention women in their frustrations people cry "don't you blame it on women and start working on yourself, incel". People saying they are sick of men whining and complaining. But when women lament about men it is rather "i am sorry for my fellow men behaving this way", some people wanting to get in her pants and women supporting her all the way. Inbalanced in both directions. Society is dogshit.

I think they largely like to think of themselves as a sisterhood that has to stay together, yes. Which is why they project the same on men, since they think the same applies to the other gender. From that comes the belief that men do the 'patriarchy' for each other, which is nonsensical when you see how men don't do stuff for men as a group in general. Often you attack the characteristics of one woman and other women feel as if you attacked them too. For instance if you slut-shame a woman.

It rather is "very few men" or "the minority of men". Also just tell them they are bigots.

I'll just repost what i commented in a unpopularopinion thread about this "The funniest thing to me as i get older, people go on and on about immaturity of the 18 to early 20 year olds. But the only thing im seeing more and more of is older folks being immature and behaving like children too. Years of life clearly don't make people more mature, wise or smarter in general. Younger folks are just as manipulative and often can deceive older folk. The extreme cases seem purely anecdotal. All we can …

The guys i know, when one tries to talk about issues it is just a one-up fest of trying to express who has it worse. And be ironic at it at the end. A: "I am still coping with my fathers early death due to a brain tumor" B: "well my dad is still threatening to kill himself if i don't share my apartment with him" C: "I just want to kill myself if i have to see my family one more time" It's... Not easy.

Is that a threat? Why would we die on it? It is just one issue of many.

That quote is pretty equal because it is pointing out toxicity in men AND women. Simply debating relationship dynamics. Not seeing the issue other than it being crass in its spelling out of the opinion.

What is worse, if you do help infirm men for instance, chance is you even get mocked for it. For instance i had a disabled coworker once who could not open bottles because he could not twist his hand that way. So i helped him with that pretty often. To this day i hear mocking jokes about how i was his caretaker.

Yeah i helped a elderly woman across the street a few days ago, she could barely walk alone. But she also asked first.

Kind of, but there also cases of bad men being romantizised and get "did nothing wrong" treatment by some crazy chicks. It's complicated. Before caring about objectively bad men, the question should be rather be about the average man, the 99% that are not criminal but have issues. One area i can see is where men don't receive enough empathy when they unfairly land on the sex offender list or are being seen as likely one, example liking being around children at the park, false rape accusations, b…

Adding the same for balding men in their 20s who can't rock the full bald look yet without looking like a newborn and opt for looking middle aged instead to be at least taken half seriously.

I feel like having that 'one story of a successful handicapped guy' is more a slap in the face than relief. Thankfully you also gave the negative examples, most don't and just try to relativize. This happens with baldness too, people just point at bald celebs having success and seen as hot, then call it a day.

Yeah, it is like blaming the consumers for companies producing cheap meat. Sure, market demands and all, but it is still entirely in the hand of the producer to not make this crap.

Family men don't go to work for themselves, but for their wifes and children. Those family men then do not go into politics to male society better for MEN, no they act further on their biological drive to make things better for women and children. Even if there are some single men that don't care for women and children, those look out for themselves, but not for other men. "Men making society FOR men" has no logical ground how humans work. At all. And never has. Not even in medieval 'big oppress…

It's so sad it's funny, the feminist/woke side uses arguments about microagressions, emotional harm and manipulative behavior, but does not even consider how non-physical forms of abuse are used by women against men.
