TL;DR Bigger movements & break rhythm High-testosterone men, however, co-ordinate bigger movements in different parts of their body, making their outline more interesting and spectators keener to watch them for longer (previous articles about his research have suggested he advocates dancing like John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever). They also tend to break up the rhythm of the music, rather than dancing solidly to the beat.

Dissenting Opinion here, While I think it can be improved, I don't know that it can actually be learned without an overabundance of work. Take singing. Could you learn to sing? Sure. But you will spend countless hours of rehearsal only to achieve half of what those that have natural singing abilities have. What I think you should do is hone the things that you are already good at. Get to the top of your game with those things and work them! That way you actually feel like (and ARE) making signif…

Eye Contact I'm just starting on this as a personal improvement project. So I am attempting to do this with both guys and girls. How much is too much? Since it is all awkward/new to me, it ALL feels awkward so I don't know where the line is...make sense? Are there simple rules or guidelines for this new adventure?
