Set up checkpoint, advertise it, then set up cops on either side a ways back, and look for people who go into evasive action to avoid the checkpoint, which is likely because they're DUI and know it and trying to dodge. By the time she went on the road dressed in leather telling pussyjokes, she just wasn't funny anymore, and lost her 'persona' and insight from prior work as above.
