3	Family Court Decision Not living in the US but it is the same here aswell. I have an internet friend who has been fighting for his kid for years without any success because each "family court" is based in a "region" of the country and whenever the case is in favor of giving him custody, she relocates to another region therefore the case goes back to square one.
