Someone who is more socially calibrated is going to by default know more about the opposite sex at a base intuitive level. Women who are generally more social will know this more intuitively. Men on the other hand know very little about women intuitively, but because of this are more likely to try to over-dissect everything and become very knowledgeable about women to make up lost ground from the lower starting point.
