Over my dead body that i am going to protect these individuals when a war breaks out or an emergency happens. Imagine getting drafted to protect these people. The same people that hate you and say the most vile things about you... This shit is crazy 😂😂Im happy i have a social circle that don't have reddit at all XD

You couldn't be more wrong. First of all it's entry level positions and internships that i have applied to, so of course i'm gonna be 24 and not 30. When do you exactly think i should work? No, i'm not gonna sit here and let you convince me to think that those other candidates are better than me. I strongly believe it's because they don't give a fuck about people like me and they would most likely have me on the ground than on the top in HR management. One was real and i saw who got the job, some of them are based on assumptions and some of them i have seen irl, like my female classmates vs male classmates for example. Also, did i mention that 90% are females?

I'm sorry you went through that. This makes me angry and also makes me not want to respect recruiters or HR at all anymore, i despise them after this. I have a chance to persue economic degree after couple of courses. But damn.

It's impossible to change my name, it will get verified through references, employment systems, or even if they ask for certificates etc.

Unfortunately i can't pretend to be homo. But i do have traits of being social, a good communicator, IT knowledge and etc. But i guess that's not enough if being straight or male.

I know a couple that got positions in accounting assistant (not HR), and my friends haven't gotten anything either. Some are still studying. I am so done with this. I got a call from one recruiter so i thought i had a chance, but no, they found a young blonde girl to get the job. She didn't even have a college education or anything, just some paid courses. To be honest i don't care anymore. If the society collapsed i wouldn't help them or anything, i would just laugh. That's how frustrated i am.…
