2	My birthday is today, and have no friends or family to celebrate with. Happy Belated! I’ve been there man. Honestly I find things to do that interest me, such as visiting a museum, catching a DIY show, and maybe going out solo and just sparking a convo with folks. 2	What would be anyone's advice on communicating with women? Honestly. I’m an awkward dude and can’t just walk up to someone be like “hey how are you!” The best thing I would suggest is volunteer or local groups that on MeetUp. This puts you in a setting where you have to talk to folks. This can help you build a small friend group or even find someone you like. Also, do not take an edible. Especially Delta 8.
