Soo true!! I went on a first bumble date in November and was fucking terrifying. Over lunch the guy told me he wanted to get married and have kids ASAP. It was very clear that this man would never give a shit about me, only what I could do for him... PS. He was 31 and still living with mommy and daddy. They were divorced so he literally split his time between both of his parents houses. Like the fuck.

It honestly sucks that men get to flex their financial success and women have to hide it, for fear of being USED on yet another front. LVM just take, take, take. I’m soo proud of where I am financially, I would love to shout it from the roof tops. But I can’t.

The problem is... a lot of men manipulate women into casual sex by lying and making it seem like they actually care about you. They spend time with you, tell you how much they like you, plant seeds to make you think it’s going somewhere... and then after you get intimate (even if it’s not full on sex) they pull a bait and switch. Because of this, now I won’t go past kissing unless I literally have a girlfriend title. I’ve been messed with too much. It’s so heartless to make someone think you act…

This is honestly true. I mentally could never justify dropping 3-5k on a bag (more than what a lot of people make in a month). But I’m financially successful and now starting to realize the signal it sends to others. I mean let’s face it, people are shallow and they respect status symbols. And it’s also the reminder you get of your “value” when you wear it... a reminder that I’m smart, I work hard, and I can have anything I want.

Yupp... I used to have a boyfriend that would tell me I didn’t love him if I didn’t give him money. What a nightmare.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
