Agree, but why isn't it normal to last 30- 60 minutes? That's totally normal for me.

The is a HUGE difference between seeing a professional and reading up some shit in the internet. Knowing and applying are two different things. I mean, if something is wrong with your body, I guess you'd also wanna see a doctor and not google it. It's kinda hard to explain how it helps, but it definitely can. Edit: you say that you can't imagine how a therapy could help you. See, the problem are your thoughts. Instead of doing something, you keep thinking about it, but never do it. That's why yo…

Seriously, in seeing a therapist is no shame. Sometime you have to get some help to help yourself. Source: I went to a therapist and it was one of the best decisions I ever made.(No medication, wasn´t nessarcy) And weed& anxiety is a real bad combo, glad you discoverd this by yourself.

yeah, recommending someone cocain who might have some serious mental issues seems like a good idea. Nothing against drug experiences but I think you should have your life in order for stuff like that. The possibility for getting stuck on drug is way to high.

Well, like I said, it depends on the former conversation. If it was flirty and shit, I don't see anything wrong with it. But yeah, it could also sound creepy.

The crucial sentence is the last... Just hold the fucking eye contact. Don't you dare to break it. It may sound easy but that's cause it is ;)

Or you go the direct way and offer her a relaxing massage. But it really depends on your former style of conversation. If she dodges----> next

Pro: You are very reflecting and you take action Con: It seems(at least for me) that you tend to overanalyze the whole stuff.
