Couldn't agree more. It really makes it so much more easiers to make a real physical list compared to just juggling those things inside your head.

This is a good idea. I actually made this kind of list about my ex. I wrote down those kind of things and it really helped to see the situation from a broader perspective. Felt better as I went through the list couple of times in a couple of days. Strict reasons why she was not right for me.

Nice job man! :) That must have felt great even though you didn't get the number. These kind of FR give motivation to many of us other guys :) Setting that mindset to not giving a fuck to AA and basically thinking too much of what would happen if... Keep up the good work :)

Just wanted to say thanks guys for the tips for this kind of situation. Been having these kind of situations myself and the different type of mental states during those are quite annoying when you can't seem to "control" emotions rationally. I'm in a situation where I'm good friends (or a bit more) with a girl who I'm really into but it seems that I'm the one who's more emotionally invested. It's quite hard for me to alter the relationship's state to just friendship even though I really apprecia…
