This article makes it appear she didn't accuse anyone specifically, she said it was a 'stranger'. Big difference, don't you think? From that same article "False reports of sexual assault are rare — 2 to 10 percent," I'm all for false accusations of rape being treated much more seriously and imprisoning the liar for however many years were facing the accused. But doesn't appear to be that.
