I usually do 36/40 or play until I no longer have fun. There are too many games to play and too little time for it :(

I don't want any credit. Women allowed systems to established just as much as they participated in establishing. There was a system with pros and cons for both genders, now there are no pros for men. Trying to frame it as some justice for history is just stupid. The point of my comment was to show you that.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 01:54 PM

Well how is it different from you erasing women's agency and blaming men for building systems that were built long before we were born even?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 01:17 PM

I went with 5 of my women friends to a regular strip club, it was fun.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/26 10:54 AM

It's always interesting watching women point to men women gave birth to, educated and enforced for generations then call the consequences "misogyny".

My hair is now shoulder length. Every day a new record. I need to cut it chin length again. Or I can cut it back short, which will probably increase my chances with ladies. But damn it I like long hair. I am going to Jesusmax, maybe cut short after I turn 33 though.

Let's just make something clear. I disagree with your definition of consent in the post. And most of the time the topic of "being used for sex" is brough up when men lose interest in women after having sex with them. Not like putting a gun to her head and ask for consent. Let's say I met someone and went on a date. It went well, we ended up in my place. Making out and things get heated. Now, the experienced and confident man will continue escalating things unless a woman directly stops. I, on th…

Under an ethical model of consent, the goal isn't simply to get a yes. It's to create a situation where saying no is genuinely safe. What does it mean? If some women are scared of men by default, do I need to give them a loaded gun or something? Or is it just asking "are you sure?" several times? So many times I effectively ruined my chances by doing this. I wish there was a universal view on things, as long as there is a big (i'd say around 50%) portion of women who are turned off by men who as…

Meh, I'd agree if people were susceptible to logical reasoning and acceptine downsides of their decisions. They are not. They will twist everything to their advantage and everyone who disagrees is their enemy. Feel free to use whatever you want, but keep in mind that people agree or disagree with you only if they think the same, not because of some clever gotcha. Ideologies switch, priorities shift, words taken back and contracts don't mean shit. We are in free for all era.

Yeah, some of my friends think it is very important for me to know that they would never date a man my height. It's not like I want to date them either, but shit hurts, why reinforce my biggest insecurity. Could have never seen them the same and eventually drifted apart to acquaintances.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/07/26 11:23 AM

That's sad. I always try to list my achievements to make myself feel better, but I'd rather be a mess with vibrant dating life.

I do this sometimes. In general on concerts there are close to zero single women. So if you watch a single women long enough, her boyfriend appears with drinks or snacks. I once approached a couple of girls standing next to me. One went for beer or to the bathroom and was missing some greatest hits. I told the second one: "You friend is missing out", she said it's her daughter. I got her number later but she did not use any apps, I tried calling oncem, no one pciked up and I gave up.

1) presence, company, intimacy, in my past relationships also financial and physical contributions (less than me but still) - basic normal things 2) in early stages more reasurance that they are into me and not just allow me to prove my worth or something, more initiative, more appreciation Basically when 2) does not happen, the relationship does not last. Not that deep.

Adults should be able to take care of themselves. Since I can do this just fine, I don't expect anyone to do this for me. However, if you have kids, you can't just come home tired and have a negroni with pipe for dinner. Someone has to cook dinner that ideally enough for breakfast. This is something both my parents did and I only recently learnt to appreciate. I guess women complain when the burden falls on them because of their gender. Which is fair, but I don't think it happens often anymore.

As a short men I don't exclude any women based on her height. If I was obese I'd expect myself to be accepting of obese women too. I am pretty much open to older women but you overestimate their desires to date younger men who are not hot. Fair is fair, but don't mix things together.

While I agree in general, it is usually brought up as a lazy assumption about why a man struggles with dating. Having friends does not mean you have better chaces in dating, not having friends indicates that there can be some correlation with not having dating success. But not having dating success does not mean a person has no friends.

Because your original point originates from men taking negatively women's claim to "sense personality traits". Now you are saying well sometimes they do sometimes they don't. Like every human being? So why claiming being personality detectors, have you heard men saying it? If yes, please, call them out too. Fine, I admit, it's hypocritical. Do you expect me to just sit on cuck chair and wait before all women get to learn with guys more attractive than me and be glad if I will be chosen afterward…

That women are prone to halo efffect but rarely acknowledge it. Same with women. Yet if a man uses his past negative experiences he will be called misogynist or toxic. Let's just say, I want to be a part of learning experience too. As a student and as a lesson. This is life, not everything is going to work out. Dating in general is fun, as long as there are no crimes, kids, or something like that. I am sorry, "layer" is "player" or is it a new slang I am not familiar with? Because you typed it t…

I'd argue work in general is a bad place to date. I mean, say I travel to other country. Is meeting someone there somehow magically easy? Can I pretend I am a tourist in a place where I live and meetsomeone here? I don't want to be long distance. Are these questions weird? I am genuinely confused.

When I moved to where I am I was active in meetup places, but they are men dominated and women constantly complain that they don't want to be hit on there and as a good boy I listen. Maybe I should return to meetups, I decided to focus on maintining closer deeper friendships instead and it was a good call, but it was almost two years ago, so maybe I can check out what's going there now.

Sometimes it is obvious for everyone else except the woman in question. Depends on how hot the guy is. Sure there are differences, but in general the thing that most women "have to learn from experience" is that hot and excited guy who does not want to put a label on relationship is probably not the best partner material. This is as old as time. Another point is that women often make wrong conclusions. Correct me if I am wrong but you don't withold sex until X amount of dates to vet bad men out,…

Will not dig into it much, but I really wonder what are the actions to blame? If someone goes on dates but never gets a second, sure, something is wrong. But if someone never gets a first date? Is there a point at which you'd agree that some people have legitimate struggles in modern dating world that are not results of their actions or personality?

Men view women as some sort of ultimate prize, something to win, to show status. At some point it becomes practivally impossible to meet people and let feelings develop naturally. When dating is set up as competition where women are the judges, is it realy weird to see their desire as a reward? Even if it isn't by intention. That's just a reaction to being constantly told that we are single because of out personalities and how women can smell bad qualities. That's it. When this is no longer the …

If men chooses not to have it good for him, I don't talk about him, I talk about men who want but don't get it. And don't tell me about women standards, I know them better than you lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 01:37 PM

Do you agree with her comment? Do you understand why I called it out?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 01:20 PM

Fair enough, but it was a responce to an individual, not gender as a whole. I just mentioned that some women tend to do exactly what that person did.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 01:00 PM

Women don't benefit from looks in dating too? Tell me this: is it easier to be pretty as a man or as a woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 12:56 PM

For last 50 years the message is that men and women are the same and can do the same things. But when the topic is about relationships suddenly women are so different and can't help it. Could it be because you enjoy your position?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 12:55 PM

I don't know why you wrote this. All I said was that when women talk about dating struggles their dating lifes are still much more interesting than my. That's it. I don't care about any other issues. We can discuss them, but why?

? the only thing that defines if man has casual sex or not is his desire to have it? The proof is that men who struggles to get dates in their youth somehow marry later in life. If they had more partners in youths, sure, I'd believe that. If the main reason why a woman wants to be with you is convenienve, it does. Ok? being "alpha" has nothing to do with kids, in this context it is just attractive sexually sucessful guy. We are not pack animals, so don't take the title literally. Well, damn, wha…

Then what does it say about men who don't have casual sex? Women going for men they are less attracted to later in life when other features play bigger role is what AF/BB is. Yes, but still most things are easier if you have a partner who can support you, especially when you want kids. Weird argument. Women say they are attracted to who they are attracted to because of biology, but if they don't have kids does it mean they lie? Ltr works differently than hookups, I agree. The thing is, some peop…

/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 09:05 AM

No one said that dating is supposed to be easy in terms of always getting what you want. The difference is you get to particiapte in this process. Men have to earn the right to do so. I don't get hired because I'm to feminine or a distraction I was literally told that by an employer who interviewed me And unless it happened in some muslim country 20 years ago, I am sorry, don't believe this.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 09:00 AM

I always enjoy how women try so hard to write essays on how they too have it hard in dating and then it is "my first bf... my second bf... ooh everyone wants to sleep with me...".
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 07:52 AM

Really curious about that glow up. Sarcastic me wants to say that it was just you learning how to install dating apps. Lets take a school where it's blatantly obvious. That's a bad example. School is an isolated environment full of kids who only closer to the end of it begin being interested in dating. Closed environment force groups and hierarchy to form. Many popular kids struggle outside the school while shy kids can have "glow up" by simple getting a fresh start.

/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 07:12 AM

Men don't lack standards, they just focus on more important things.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 07:01 AM

??? That's the opposite of what I said.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 06:59 AM

Men don't. When you find most women attractive you can focus on other things. But when you find most men ugly you have to judge them on merit. Some will never even be considered at all, so it's not like it is a complete cheat code that beats ugliness.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 06:36 AM

I was sarcastic. Truth is we are just pixels here. You an like or dislike pixels, but it has little to do with actual attraction. You said yourself that you'd have never used an app with no pictures, so why act like your personality aproval means anything?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/26 06:33 AM

It's like saying people allowed billionaires to screw them, or citizens of dictatorships let their oppression happen. Sure there is some truth to that, but who wants to die for revolution? Not me. What about you? There is hope, it's just not about going back to happy days, those are all gone.

You don't know anyone's personality in gym. No one know yours there too. Gym is in general not a good place for dating. If you are not trying to make men come to you and say: "Hey, you look hot, would you like to drink something with me?" then why even dress sexy? Like what is the logic. Not that i am necessary againt it, but I wish women owned it.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 11:57 AM
5

Sure, but then you have to accept that people will stare at you, and men that you don't like will also approach you. Men are not wearing underwear in gym. If they do, and then they complain that people are staring, sure, call them out too.

It's really funny how OP wrote all this and basically confirmed everything for what women are being called out. There is a semi-easy way to end it - make gender-segregated gyms a norm. Men only gyms are illegal where I live. Women only are fine. Make it make sense.

No one cares about it, women cares more about what other women think about their man. Men's respect is just a bonus, not the goal.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/26 04:54 PM
2

I don't care about other men. I don't discuss my dating life with men. I just know that some men are desired and I am not, if no men were desired I'd feel more normal. If you were physically incapable of running, would you go to a doctor or would you be like "well I don't compete with others so who cares right"? I think it's unfair to claim men don't desire/want the individual woman when we talk about general gender dynamics. Like, who am I suppose to desire right now? My married coworker? No, I…

Well for social creatures wanting to be at least as good as others is normal. I don't see why wanting to have sex can be both because of pleasure and because of social proof. Afterwards, if you want to have sex, but can't get it, something is worse about you compared to people who can, would you disagree? Women do sleep with men for validation, if someone uses me for sex, well, I just can't imagine it as a bad thing no matter how hard I try, sorry.

/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/26 01:19 PM

Sure, I don't think it is necessary about being above or below the woman specifically. It's more about ranking among other men. If a very attractive dude acts as a player, well women can see him as immature, but in general they are ok with it. If a guy like me will act as a player there will be 10-20 reddit posts created about an ugly dude not deserving his "chance".

Just date the right women for you is an empty statement. Obviously if men could they would have. Women don't progress bevause they don't feel like they need to. This is unfair. Evdn if their desicions don't directly hard someone. So calling out hypicrisy is fair. Even if your stance is technically morally correct.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 11:43 AM

You just keep saying technically right things and refusing to have a nuanced debate. Fine, enjoy having correct world view, what can i say.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 11:32 AM

What about those who does not feel it is right for them and what they feel is right for them imposes difficulties on others? Is it fair that one's desires considered bad and other's good? I'd rather there been some middle ground to keep all more or less happy.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 11:08 AM

Fair, but it is a privildged position to have the power to walk away. I don't think true progression is possible without giving up some advantages of old ways. No matter if they are pushing against anyone else's rights or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 10:50 AM

Finally someone who can understand my Tleilaxu references.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 08:09 AM

And what is the correct definition?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/26 08:06 AM
1

No one is against of wanting an attractive partner, what women find attractive is a problem and is rightfully called out as shallow.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 08:05 PM
1

You can't say it should be considered norm if you find like 5% of men attractive. It's like your kid reject 95% of food you cook. Do you think it is normal and it's ok to only eat what you like? Or something is wrong with him?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 07:58 PM
1

but maybe what you find attractive may raise some eyebrows Not really. Men find all sorts of women attractive. Just don't be an extreme end of anything and take care of yourself. That's it. This is enough for most men. What women find attractive is extreme end of physical characteristics, hence the difference.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 07:25 PM
3

Fair enough, just keep in mind that when you have dozens of options at any moment it is easier to enforce boundaries. Took me years to stop trying winning people who are not interested back. Truth is, some are, and many women consider this sort of courting dance where male pursue her. But again, just move on right? Still sucks, maybe if there were no gendered exectations things would be easier fo me. Hence complaining.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 02:08 PM
1

Remember you complained about guys being bored in DMs? Basically when you try not to be boring and have to lead conversation it feels like yoh are entertaining a woman who will then judge if you are worthy of her time or not. I prefer mutual interest.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/26 01:59 PM

We have this discussions many times. At best, if you manage to convience that this situation could be reasonable taking as something negative, people here will say "just leave lol". Which is correct, in a way. But they don't want to have any meaningful discussion about the nature of situation and emotions behind it. When you get a top 1% badge here you also get a keyboard with keys that instantly print "entitled", "nobody owes you anything", "well the just leave", "it is your personality".

Vast majority of high libido men can't just go out and have sex. And many women are not comfortable with casual sex but enjoy it in relationship. Which is quite logical, considering how scared of men women claim they are.

You can critique, just don't use the same argument both ways: - men are treating women differently, uh, mysoginy - well duh men and women are different, what did you think bruh See how this is contradicting?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 02:44 PM

My point is that you can't scream Well….women aren’t men. But then scream hypocrisy and double standards when different treatment is not to your liking. Either you want to be equal or not. You can't just pick what you want depending on situation.

I want to experiment, but I think I will look bad and basically turn my chances to date someone to practically zero (I have concernes about my skin issues being highlighted by hair color and hair is messy as is, might look weird colored). Why do you care about men and what they think? We live in socium we form opinions and cast judgment, duh. Answer my question. Is his opinion based? Because men and women are different sexually so we can judge women for something that we praise men for and reverse.

/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 01:10 PM

Well ok, if a man who does not sleep around and does not want to says it is bad when women sleep around but ok when men do. Is it based?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 01:05 PM

I have a walking treadmill and a pull up bar. Honestly have been neglecting both due to heat wave and the fact that I come home around 20 and have little desire to excersice.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 01:04 PM
-6

Examples are not connected, and in a way I still understand why someone would complain about sluts even if he wants them if they don't choose him. The issue is the hypocrisy with men who want to sleep around and then demand women who don’t sleep around. But men and women are different, no? Where is the hypocrisy? Men love sex, women don't sex, so women who do are weird or something, according to you. So this take is the most logical possible.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 12:56 PM
2

Well….women aren’t men. Especially since women dont have the same hormones nor same satisfaction from sex. But if someone says that being a slut as a man and woman is different, people lose their minds... To answer your point, the reason why people complaining about something is because this something is what they value and can't or don't want to avoid. It's like saying if you don't like politics move to deep forest.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 12:44 PM

I tried for a decade. There is always something. Burocratic hell, work, getting sick, bad mental state. I don't think I can last more than 2-3 months of consistency. But yeah, I guess I should just give up and accept my body as is. Maybe this will reduce stress.

172cm/71kg, I have some muscles and am in a decent shape, but body fat is not low. Arms are thin, abs hidden, shoulders could be better, back is fine more or less.. I go to gym 2-3 times per week, basically every muscle group at least once + press finish every time and one time I do martial arts training, this is mostly legs/cardio. Eat shit and drink, so at least I am not getting in worse shape, just maintain.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/26 07:45 AM

1 hour easily transforms into 2 due to logistics, work is 10 hours plus 45 min commute and I already struggle with sleeping as is. I know these are all excuses, but believe me, if I could fit this much gym into my schedule and not kill myself, I would have.

Well I can vent here for free, don't see how therapy suppose to help. I watch Dr. K for years and saw some other therapy sessions recordings. It seems like it helps people with no inner monologue and zero analytics skills. It is far far from a panacea that people consider it to be.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 08:47 PM
1

That's how people cure problems that can't be dealt with medicine, by talking about them. Ok, will you advice people who experience racism to go to therapy? If your kid is bullied will you just put him in therapy? Or there are cases where we should condemn those who cause harm in the first place? Addictions are different. If I am short pecause I keep cutting my legs off, sure, sign me up, that's insane. Why not try to solve the root of body dysmorphia? What was body positivity for? Did it had no…

It's not for you to decide. Well which is it? Pick one. You can't switch how you want. Then you should support more LLs, each one will progress the procedure. Experiment: let's imagine there is a pill, you eat it and 50% you get half a foot taller or 50% you die. What would you think about people who go for it?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 06:21 PM
1

Oh right, jumping from 5'4 to 5'9 will help cross magical 6+ feet only threshold? If a girl dates you at 5'9 she is probably ok with 5'4
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/26 06:15 PM
2

Many things here. Average is a perfect candidate for LL because going from short to average does not change anything. Ahso getting a girlfriend suppose to fix his problems? I though loving yourself is more important or something? Why not send women who get boobjobs to therapy too? Is it different? While I never do LL myself I totally get it. Good bait but will be deleted.

I don't really care. It's not like there is a study that will make you say "I was wrong, you were right". Nah you will cry that study is bad or biased or something. So why play stupid game just to win stupid prizes.

I feel you. I regret my university / covid years, i used the fomo as motivation to do more but next age bracket went even worse. The best I can is to focus on positives and thinking that I still have some time left to make up for boring years.

Is there an answer that you will accept? Like what is the point asking, this is personal. I can go to a bakery and ask for the best looking cake, but I actually want the one that tastes the best, but I know that I can't just ask the baker because he can like different things.

/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 03:54 PM

lose their shit about how women's standards are too high and then fail to answer what do they bring to the table basically But why is it even a question when standards are the topic?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 03:51 PM

If I have my backpack I bring several candies, gum and on rare occasions slavic dark bread snacks or sunflower seeds to the table. Form a line ladies.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 03:37 PM

Just excuses and victim complex 💁‍♂️ Second I agree.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 03:35 PM

If someone actually checks what I bring and is not happy, fair enough. But again, if you feel jaded and you response is to turn shallow of course people will attack you for it. If you think that you bring enough - then tell what it is. I don't want to tell you. Part of it is standard relationshipy things, part of it specific to me and what I and my partners enjoyed and I am not limited to it. So what is the point. There is a talking stage and several dates to find out.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 03:34 PM

Just go and do something. Wanna earn more than en, go and earn instead of complaining. I disagree, complaining and fixing things that does not affect you directly is what builds society.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 03:16 PM

? Why don't they show us that a good 80% of women would never consider dating a short guy for the sole reason of him being short? Isn't it plot of Materialists?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/26 03:14 PM
2

I hate the table talk. Like date me and find out. That's the whole point, maybe I bring exactly what you need, but you won't ever know it because I am only taller by X and not 3X or one day my shirt was wrinkled or something. General you.

/r/PurplePillDebate10/07/26 09:29 AM

Why? It's not like I am ready to start a commited serious relationship with "anyone". I still look for compatibility and personality traits that I like. It's just I don't limit myself by shallow traits.

Sure, but if a person from the same demography choose to date you when you are 40 but not when you are 20, it is sus. Sure, this particular person did not rejected you 20 years ago, but it is weird how unlucky you were, or something changed and people settle for other reasons? What is more realistic?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 10:38 AM
1

That's the thing, I don't think I have any opportunity to even do wrong. It's not like I go on dates and wonder why I never go on second. That would at least give me something to reflect on and adjust. Even 5 years ago I manange to have a fwb and 2 hookups in 6 months, but after it's a ghost town. So I am sorry if I sound hostile but it is frustrating when people just attack me and refuse me my reality because it goes againt theirs.

I mean, it is only for initial physical attraction. I can appreciate all features that I find attrative on a specific woman, it's just that I don't look for the same set of features on all women. Does it makes sense?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 10:26 AM
2

How can I stand out as submissive man so you and your partner could find me? No matter what I do, if there are no single and interested women it will not work, do you agree?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 10:24 AM
1

Well I like some unique features, like birthmarks or scars, as most young men I like alt/goth look, but this is also just a case of uniqeness I guess. But it does not mean that this is what I prefer and will reject women who are not like this.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 10:23 AM

All the men I’ve seen on various subculture scenes Even if I give you a benefit of doubt and replace all with most, it still does not add up. And in kink scene it is close to impossible to get into for a man if he is not already with a woman. Confirmation bias.

I go to events too. All few women there with someone else already. I still lean in this direction with my personal style just because I like it, but it's generally a bad piece of advice. If I get a normal haircut, dress business casual and sit for 3 weeks in a coffee shop, my chances of meeting someone are much higher.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 09:50 AM

All the men I’ve seen on various subculture scenes have women throwing themselves at them. I mean, it just confirms that men who are not attractive are invisible to women.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/26 09:41 AM

Men are not alone in this, women do it too and I'd argue even more. And while you might earn a genuine compliment for your cool unique style, most women will still be attracted to the same set of traits that all women are attracted to. You think general market is oversaturated? Well all niche markets are the same. Even worse in some cases, like, I am into metal, more men are into metal than women. If i go full on subculture I will just be ridiculed by women who are not into it while not gaining …

Idk, I agree with any things you say and can't reply in details at the moment. I have many women friends. Some of them make pretty "bad" descisions in dating. But I can't say they are bad women in general. Most of it comes from daddy issues and or never being called out. And they too will go and say shit like "i just want a normal guy to treat me right". So i kinda grew numb to what women say they want and look at what they do. Sure there are plenty of normal women. But there are many with quest…

You misunderstood. Yeah it is ok to call out bad behaviour in women. I'd say it also good to try to understand why they are like this. What I disagree with is segregating good and bad women and sweeping bad under the rag and pretending they don't matter. They are "normal" women in a sense that they look normal and interact with people normally. And they impact other people. For example, I had women making fun of my height. It happened to me when I was extremely insecure and hurt me deeply. Now y…

/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 11:47 AM

Parents, teachers, older people and for them I believe it was close to reality, because it became much worse with social media and dating apps boom + covid. I am not talkingabout impact in the way people are treated. I am talking about will people even interact with you or not. Honestly if I knew about my dating prospects I'd accepted it and moved on. False hope is hard to deal with.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 11:46 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 11:10 AM

I want to drink, to smoke, to do drugs and to party. If this leads to me living less, who cares. It just always some bullshit I give myself as a reason not to, like a new job now, that I need to apply for citizenship next year, blah blah. /r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 09:31 AM

We would love to, but unfortunately we can't know in advance. So what we do instead is assume negative and get pleasantly surprised, instead of being naive and dissapointed.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 09:13 AM

Yes, people are often wrong and naive when they are young. Not sure I find it funny. I kinda resent everyone who tried to convience me otherwise when I was young and believed people who are supposed to be wiser and more experienced. If women stop equating dating success and moral qualities, men won't ever bring this up. It is extremelt tiring to hear "well have you tried not hating women???" and then when you point out how women have no problem dating literal criminals and nazis you want to go into philisophical debate about subjective morals? Come on.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 09:02 AM

Well feel free to make posts about what men claim that are wrong. "They do it too" is a lame excuse.

/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 08:48 AM

People are a hive mind on a high level.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 08:33 AM

But women claim to be able to sense bad character traits and reject men for them. So what ard you saying, those women who failed to do so are defective?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 08:32 AM

I mean, the same argument can be made about porn, yet porn usage is proved to be able to cause damage. Idk, I find that a lot of the angriest people around here are the ones with the least nuance when it comes to their perception of others. Or with the most nuance and are frustrated by those with none acting like they are smart.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 08:27 AM

You can't just call all women who demostrate behaviour that you don't like "bad women" and remove them from your equation.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 08:22 AM

It does not matter if it is 1% or 0.0001%. If you (women) claim to associate morality with dating success then apply it and call out those who don't do this.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/26 08:21 AM

There is so much going on I don't know where to start... First, serial killers is not an opposite end of shy. But for the sake of debate let's pretend it is. 99,9% would say they choose the correct option, but what they actually choose depends on how attractive these men are and what they chose them for. because the women they’re fucking are equally as bad as them This is a forbidden C word. You can dodge bullets ever so often, but in the end you have to accept that people are not perfect in gen…

/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/26 09:48 AM

The Red Pill consistently revolves around the same core ideas: obsession with women's body counts I can argue that this is as much individual attraction as height.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 09:24 PM

Feel free to explain where you think i am wrong. You post on a debate sub, act this was please.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 07:43 PM

I honestly don't know what you are trying to say. My point is to poke at weakness of OP's argument.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 05:26 PM

I don't know how you'd debate that. Easy: I will question causation and correlation. If women overwhelmingly prefer shorter men, entire social dynamic will reflect that. There is no reality where traits that are not desired by most women in men does not lead to other biases. being unhypocritical isn't a virtue if your beliefs are shitty I disagree. /r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 02:10 PM

I'd say 3/4 guys who complain don't get to show their personality. So basically it's like to say "diversify your investments, bro" to a person in poverty. You'd be annoyed too.

Tall men perks are a byproduct of women selection. There are perks of being short and average as a men, but they are all outshined by negatives. A progressive is more likely to be thoughtful and self-aware about it, consistently checking ones prejudices. A conservative is more likely to see it as part of a natural morality. So conservatives are sincere and progressives are hypocrites?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 12:38 PM

Red pill individuals can have preferences for lower body count women but it's not prescribtive that women need to be virgins. Am i doing this right? Or poking holes in logic is "unfortunate"?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/26 12:36 PM

Meanwhile, liberals reject those ideas. We reject gender essentialism. We reject the idea that biology dictates your role in society. So, just to be consistent, every woman that prefers tall men (or even just taller than her) is fundamentally conservative, right? Because you can't have it both ways. Or you have to admit that progressive worldviews are not necessary follow the same path and broad terms cannot be applied to all of them.

True, just... you gotta do something right? If I have 0 matches and I don't approach in irl then I will be forever alone, so advice in itself is pretty reasonable. Definitely far from the worst. Plus with a tinfoil hat on, apps can for whatever reason put your profile so deep in the deck that most women will never see it. And in irl the height has honestly been less an issue, probably because some short women don't have good height perception and just chase a number when it is available.

Does not sound like they are angry or resentful though, women also speak about their exes or bad dates, it could be just an indirect way to check if you are on the same page. My point is not that men never say anything wrong. My point is that it is unfair to assume someone is not successful in dating because... he was unsuccessful in dating. I'd agree that if someone goes on dates regulary but fails all the time they are doing something wrong, but I seriously doubt it is a compound resentment or…

/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/26 07:03 PM

Fine, let's do reverse: if women complain about men only wanting them for sex, is it faie to assume it is a self fulfilling prophecy and the way they act turns men off so they don't want to see them?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/26 06:37 PM

Just means she's not into you. If she can find a reason she will, if not she will just say "vibes". There was a post about a guy with swastika tattoo and jewish girl will still had sex with him because he was hot enough. Come on.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/26 06:01 PM

The argument is not about changing or controling it. If your attraction is impacted by social trends it is literally definition of hypergamy. There is no "valid" reason to be attracted to someone. There are plenty of bad reasons to be attracted to someone. In my opinion, socially influenced metrics are among them. I don't care about what other thinks about people I find attractive, if I find them attractive then who cares right? But if you only attracted to people who posses qualities that are c…

Do you have any examples where men complains about paying, someone calls him out that he should not paid if he doesn't want to and this man screams "victim blaming!" Or something. Because boy or boy if say a woman she should have chose better all hell breaks loose.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 01:09 PM

Wrong, I was in relationships before. The longest gf was not thin, slightly overweight, but I could not care less. We were compatible and had fun time together. I won't say she passed my high standards, just got lucky finding my person.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 12:48 PM
1

Women have more options. If a man gets one day per year, he will most likely pay even if he does not want to. Paying for a date is nothing compared to what women who chose wrong have to go through. Different stakes. I can complain about taxes even if I pay them.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 12:27 PM

Do you think men don't know what they are doing when they pay? That's pretty responsible as is. I doubt a girl head over heelals over a drug dealer fresh outa prison is in for a boxing match.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 11:54 AM

Well thank god your standard was "likes cats" not "wants to have cats". Otherwise you'd have to lower it or break up.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 11:46 AM

Feel the same way as me != high standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 10:37 AM

It is your standard, not high standard then. Your compatibility criteria. That's it. This is not what people hear when someone says "high standards".
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 10:35 AM

It is literally what it is. High means hard to match.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 10:33 AM

You made a post about A but you actually meant B, but you called it A because othervise there is nothing to debate.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 10:32 AM

So I am allergic, does it mean I am lesser human?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 10:31 AM

I disagree, I see it as people with "high" standards don't care about other things unless the person meets their standards first. Kinda the same, but in reverse.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 10:31 AM

Again Those are not "high" standards. People who love pets are not "higher" than those who are allergic to them. You want somehing compatible to you, but it is not what I'd call "high standards".
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 10:16 AM

Those are not "high" standards. People who love pets are not "higher" than those who are allergic to them. You want somehing compatible to you, but it is not what I'd call "high standards".
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 10:14 AM

If you only consider attractive people to begin with, you have high standards. But you still will look for compatibility, which is default for all human beings.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 10:12 AM

These are things that you discover while dating someone. If you are not compatible it does not mean that the person failed to meet your high standards, you are just not compatible. Shen people talk about standards it is usually a list of non negotiable filters that more often applied to dating candidates than partners.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 10:09 AM

These are just compatibility that has nothing to do with dating standards. And you literally mention compromising, which means lowering standards
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 09:59 AM

Then provide examples of high standards you are talking about. Because I swear, if this is a sort of "Are my standards to high? I just want someone who does not beat the shit out of me and allows me to talk go other people UwU" post I am going to lose it.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 09:51 AM

Completely disagree. This just looks like shallow people try to justify their shallowness. Having high standards has nothing to do with knowing what you want. I know, sounds not logical, but if you think about it, most of "high standards" are copied from others and have nothing really to do with relationship quality. People are picky because they don't know how to love. They impose requirements to justify being with someone or not being with someone because they don't really want love, they need…

It implies those men have better options available that they decided to ignore. Which is simply not true for a big portion of men. So if the only option is to date someone who expects you to pay for them, which is also a dating norm in most countries, it is completely valid to complain about. Second point is that your last sentense can be used to cancel out any discussion. Which makes it useless
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/26 09:27 AM

For example, men complain about materialistic or shallow women, while both chasing such women and also propping up traditional gender roles while encourage such traits. I mean, what does "chasing" mean in this context? Seems like a weak attempt in "they do this too". In both scenarios, the way to get better is to realise that all people can be good, bad and everything in between. But then why even have intetnet if can't discuss anything? Do you really don't know why? Bare with me, I am an old soul and I tried but could not connect with younger women, so I don't really care. But it is obvious why men support this: When they grew up they saw women dating older men and were frustrated by it, so now it is "their turn" Being selected by younger girls feel flattering, in a similar way being selected by older women as well Young girls are not necessary want to "settle down after having their fun" you are most likely a part of "fun" You…

/r/PurplePillDebate29/06/26 03:53 PM

Well then how come men find more women attractive than women men? Women have tools available to nake themselves more attractive, like make up. Yet if meb wear lifts they are ridiculed. Come on, sis, just take a W and enjoy it. No need to compete in shallowness olympics.

Fine, forget apps. My argument is that men don't have 100% success rate in approaching women, and men do most of approaching. So even if men rejected 100% women that they had sex with, they got rejected at disproportionally higher rate.

Dating app stats and the fact that men do most initiation. So the guy who rejects a girl after sleeping with her was rejected, let's say 10 times before. So how is it at similar rate? /r/PurplePillDebate25/06/26 09:34 AM

This is a mandatory state insurance. Private could be cheaper now, but if I ever want to have kids or to live after 50 it will be exoensive so i don't bother.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/06/26 09:21 AM

Nice, thanks. I pay €1000 monthly for health insurence, but this is so hard to get some tests. Easiest option is to just to pay and do it in Poland. This is ridiculous to be honest, but I don't have time or strength to bother with it atm.

Blood work, ekg, basic things. In past 6 years best I had is an express covid test.

People of all genders are influenced by social media alorithms and rage baits to a degree, that's true. Men are also statistically more dangerous to women than vice verca even now, this is also true. At the end of the day, men are not really "punished" for past men's acitons. If someone blames me for something I did not do I don't really care about it, unless I see real consequences of this blame, which I don't. The closest "punishment" I experiences is not being allowed to women only space in g…

/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/26 12:43 PM

Do you believe that it becomes harder and harder in modern world and some people are left behind? Or it is only the fault of those who suffer?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/26 10:04 AM

So just to make sure I understand correctly, women can't walk away from abusive bad guys and the only thing they learn from this experienence is to assign a share of responsibility for the action of men in their past to the men that they know nothing about because they are also men?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/26 09:12 AM

Like you? Cause you are married, so you just using a woman for sex. See how dumb you sound?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/06/26 05:44 AM

I'd say a person who can find 50 people to have sex with is perfectly equiped to solve their loneliness. The rest is mental health issue.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 09:48 PM

And frozen water is called ice. Are we sharing random statements now? Will you answer my question at the end of my reply to your original comment?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 08:36 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 08:01 PM

Well maybe if met you earlier we could have had a different discussion. Alas
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 05:28 PM

Thanks for proving my point. It is impossible that i am ugly, that I am extremely unlucky or that modern dating is a complete shit show... No! It must be me, right? So why the fuck should I just listen to this and not try to match your expectations? Now it makes sense, doesn't it? And I don't struggle making friends, only romance. But why would you care. You live in your just world. If you were in my place you'd end it probably.

/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 04:36 PM

No? It is just good for my sanity.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 04:33 PM

Yep. No matches on apps, I get some numbers here and there but they never lead to anything. I kinda asked around fruends of friends, there are not many single ladies and all said they are not into me.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 04:32 PM

Careful, I am almost in love already. If you start posting "men are bad" on here daily I will propose.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 03:32 PM

I mean, yeah, but if I hate people and they don't like me it just feels... normal, natural? How does it suck to like people who don't like you back, what's the point?

It's so funny how Ross is an obvious undatable option for women here who will go and write an esse on how hard it is to spot red flags in men who treat them like shit and threaten to kill them.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 02:17 PM

She was a spoiled girl with no skills. But yeah, your standards are too high. If this is how you filter out your potential partners you can't complain about loneliness.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 02:08 PM

Well it was the initial reason, but it quickly stopped being so with my closest friend now. Guess I go tell her her sex debt for the last 3 years is overdue /s
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 01:57 PM

What is?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 01:47 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 01:45 PM

Ross is also attractive, caring and has a good job. And if your husband stick with you till you are pregnant then leave you for another man, I really would like to see you walking him down the aisle. I am not sayinv he is perfect, but who is? No one is.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 01:39 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 01:30 PM

Ross is not an acceptable partner through modern lens?? Yall deserve to be lonely forever.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 01:26 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 01:11 PM

I am lonely romanticaly. I have friends but they have their lives and partners. I can see them regulary and they go home with their partners, I go home alone. There is no alternatuve that will substitute romantic connection. If you can't make friends, that is gender neutral, though I do believe it is easier for women. If you can't make romantic partners, well it is obviously easier for women, not even close. That is thw whole argumemt.

If women stop complaining and kearn to enjoy their advantage like you do, how is it bad? Maybe they will be more active on apps, idk. It is weird to hear it from you. Are you lonely? If you are i guess you just jump on apps and have company. Isn't it what you do?

I swear, as a migrant, all migrant women integrated easily because there are many local dudes who want to be their guide and invite them into their social circles. As a man you are a second class person who struggles to form any connection at all. Making friends as an adult is hard, using physical attraction as a motivation to get to know someone is a …

For all drama queens arguing that "being used" for sex is a thing that itself does not make anyone less lonely: Sex is fun, most people like doing it. It is ultimate expression of physical intimacy. If you don't feel good from sex you are doing it wrong. If you don't want to have sex with someone who you think will "pump and dump", you don't like the dude anyway, so who cares, why try to win over someone you don't want to fuck?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 08:59 AM

Well, there are no different words for loneliness. You can say you feel lonely because your boyfriend is to tired and went to sleep early or you can feel lonely because it has been years since you kissed anybody. Is it the same?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 05:47 AM

But you can twist it more and more. If you go to a famiky event where everyone talks to you bt your depressed ass is incapable of enjoying it because "they don't understand you", are you lonely?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/26 05:34 AM

Bro, loneliness is about being alone.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/26 11:13 PM

I mean, I just asked to see what you think about it. You are right, it's not fun to be kicked, balls or no balls. But this why there are no debates about it. Here is my analogy: person A is starving, there is no food available. Person B is hungry, there is food in the fridge, but person B doesn't want it. Will you say both experience actual real hunger?

Well I agree that rejection hurts both genders. But why is it illogica to argue that one gender is less lonely due to abundance of options compared to another gender?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/26 04:18 PM

Loneliness is when you are alone. What are your plans on this weekend? I have no one to ask out. I will meet a friend probably. But romantically I am lonely. This is what we are talking about.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/26 03:52 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/26 12:19 PM

Do you think this does not apply to men?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/26 11:56 AM

It's not more important, it is just a real issue that is close to being impossible to solve. I am talking about romantic loneliness. Women don't have this issue. And for the love of God, sure, naybe there are some women who are genuenly lonely, I am talking in general.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/26 11:51 AM

But I won't go and tell starving people that I know what they are going through. I don't.

Hell, on this sub the most prevalent complaint that "women lie" and that makes women evil. How then "men lie to get sex" is okay? Is "men lie" = rape now? Cause you started your post about rape. Just to make sure, because your other examples I agree with, but here is where I draw the line. If it's such a ticking bomb, why men don't try to solve it by fucking themselves? Didn't you say that attraction is non negotiable and uncontrollable? I agree that instant love at first sight is unrealistic, but if I spent a significant amount of time with a girl 3 times and nothing romantic happened I think it is fair to conclude she is not into me.

So tired of the word "entited". Like literally the weakest argument ever. Even the kindergarden level arguments like "I'm rubber and you're glue, whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to you" carries more depths.

/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/26 12:26 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/26 12:21 PM

Those 5s that you’re mad are acting like 10s, are getting attention from 10s (maybe not commitment like you guys say). That's... the source of frustration. So how things are supposed to be easier exactly?

Do you think rude rejection minimizes this risk?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/26 05:20 PM

You add /s but isn't it annoying when stores stick a protector on a pack of M&Ms loke in US? You won't be happy if you get strip searched everytime you leave a store, would you?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/26 04:34 PM

Because history matters…context matters .. And statistics matters, basically what all bigots say. I don’t gamble but that’s a dumb risk to take. I need to clarify, what are you talking about? What is the rist to take is this context? Because, in the post you said: There are basically two types of women here: those who don’t want to be approached at all and will react strongly, and those who don’t mind but will politely reject. So is politely rejecting a risk?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/05/26 03:57 PM

Instead of criticizing the reaction, people should also acknowledge the behavior that leads to it. This is a slippery slope, justifying a negative reaction with past negative experience or with someone else's negative experience. If this applies in this context, why can't it be valid in other context? Thing is, there are men who get the "no" in direct or indirect form, wish a nice day and move on and there are men who will act creepy or dangerously. The campaign was not to stop creepy and danger…

I just meant any form of approval. Like last year when we discussed one girl's new guy and she said he's perfect but she's not sure because she doesn't think she can date a 5'7 guy, 4 girls instantly said "yeah same" and only two were silent and kinda looked at me who is 5'7. Not that I want to date any of them, but still hurt, I don't hangout with those 5 much anymore.

I am the last man in a social group, so I participate in gossip sessions from time to time. To be fair, when these discussions happened, my closest friend (a girl) was shocked and told me she thought these "talks" were just a rage bait online, but we did witness them. Idk if it's regional or just individual. But when some claims get more "yas queen" than "wtf, that's weird thing to fixate on", they get reinforced and stay long.

I think that's a thing with women. Not all of them, but many are. When their boyfriend has to be better than their friends' boyfriend. It's not enough that he is taller than her, he must be taller than other dudes, must have this trait that most women want, but she got him, so she is better than other women. And they will go and call men out for objectifying women, when they themselves treat men as a trinket with measurable qualities that they compare between each others.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/05/26 10:46 AM
27

Do I desire this man? If no then no, if yes then yes. Why would I give a fuck about what other women think about him. It's a partner, not an accessoire. And the question is worded really weird, like, if man is very desirable then risks are worth it? Is this the message?

some nuance overwhelming majority of criticism towards women IS actually misogyny, and unfounded That's just "Not ALL X is Y" (tm). It's not really a nuance.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 09:16 AM

It's also debatable. If you ever cheat on me please don't tell me. What I don't know won't hurt me. But that's another debate. My point is that is a weird deflection that has no place on a debate sub.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 09:07 AM

Wife material :D
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 08:59 AM

That's debatable. Oh that's a lame gotcha. You won't debate that cheating is bad even if the partner never finds out. We can have a discussion about situation without attacking how specific it is. But, to answer your question, 2 glasses of wine and a game of truth or dare or never have I ever with her friends will do the trick.

Because it is not true. Men face the same set of issues that women do once they overcome their unique set of challenges.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/05/26 07:52 AM

Women lie about sex too. Plus asking if they do certain acts implies these acts are important. Most men don't care, we just want the same enthusiasm as her previous partners got, which I consider a baseline in relathionship.

They could be small romantic gestures, bedroom performance, things in common, views on certain things that overall defines the quality of relationship. These are important, but if someone asks my wife why she is married to me, I don't want her to mention how I am a good father, how much money I bring, or even how safe she feels around me. /r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 02:36 PM

I mean, yeah, ideally finding a compatible partner is better, but let's not act like it's easy and we just don't do it for some reason.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 02:21 PM

Do you understand what a strawman even is? You are a trans woman, of course you find "sexually open" people, I don't want to generalize but your people most likely won't be open to an average looking normie without a single tattoo that does not do drugs. At least I tried, it's increadibly hard to get to "cool kids" zone.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 02:14 PM

Nah I am pretty sure I just asked what is kinky for you. Anyway, now that you defined it I am confused, what if a man is upset his gf does not blow him but did this to her exes. Is it ok now be upset? How does it change anything in this topic?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 01:44 PM

How is it a strawman? If men could find sexually open people they would have.

/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 12:26 PM

Also it was about kinky sex so blowjobs arent relevant. When I asked you what you consider kinky sex you did not reply. But you see that this is important, because many women consider oral sex too much. Some women enjoy anal, some don't like sex with light on. What are we talking here about? BDSM and tortue?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/05/26 12:24 PM

Is this valid in reverse? Girls keep implying that they either didn’t know bad men existed or that they want bad men.

Objectively certain sex acts aren't better. Certain acts require more effort and involvment. Certain acts focus on one partner's pleasure. Certain acts, such as "duty sex" are objectively worse. It likely depends on a lot of factors like how comfortable they feel with that guy, how well they know him, sort of vibe he has. Also depends on how much you want to please your partner. Also it implies that for men it's some sort of game or quest to get women to do kinky sex acts just for their ego. Cal…

The same men will have the same results no matter how cool their pictures are. This and what part of these responses are influenced by halo effect (direct or in reverse), plus how many people are not willing to admit their shallowness for whatever reason.

Shouldn't that go both ways? It should. And when women are upset that man don't commit after sex I completely undestdand why. Don't you? Should we shame those men or tell women to shut up because they aren't o…

Where do you see rage at women? All i see is sadness and dissapointment. Not everything is an attack on women's freedom. Sleeping around while dating someone is not normal. You have to use your prescious words and inform your date that you are sleeping with others. Otherwise, using women's logic, you are raping them because they can't give consent without all the info. How about this? It's so easy to hide behind technicalities to act like shit.

Words have effect on people. Unfortunately we live in a world where we have to think when and how to exress our desires. Many women will turn off from exclusivity talk early on, they will feel pressure and suffocation, limiting their freedom. I mean, read your comment "claim sexual ownership". Put your torch down D'Ark, nothing wrong with not wanting people you are interested in not sleeping with others. Plus, some things lose value if you have to ask for them. Now it is her agreeing to your dem…

The "demands" are not really that out of place.

I don't think I need closure, like, we talk a little but almost every week, but over 2,5 years we did not really became friends, just colleagues in sport, if we never see each other again she won't think about it. I tried to get closer but failed, maybe I could have done more, but it's a thin ice, I don't want to push boundaries and make things uncomfortable.

She is a normal person, like me, with flaws. And yes, most of it in my mind, but that it does when it is bored.

Fuck, I want to switch to another sports club, but then I won't see my crush again. I think she is the closest to perfect woman I've ever met, or so I let my mind think as soon as I realized that she's not into me. Maybe switching clubs is a good idea regardless... but I do perform better when I have a crush in proximity.

do people not want to be in love ? We want, but insecurity and lack of validation is like poison for love. It's easy to say "just be insecure bro" but I'd rather get validating NSA sex and became secure in myself enough to open to love.

Who is? How about this, if you don't want to switch places with the other person, you have it better than them, is it fair?

Nah, just take your W and enjoy it, you probably have other issues in life, just dating is not one of them. No big deal. "Those poor fucks don't know how hard it is to pay taxes on all of my properties".

/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/26 09:14 AM

In finding dates and relationships. Once you are past college.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/26 08:53 AM

True, I don't see a signed and lawyer verified dating agreement so technically she did nothing wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/26 08:44 AM

You can't really claim to not have matches if you are not trying even. Do you want to go on dates and find a relationship? Then you have to put some effort into it, don't you think? What is AL? A state?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/26 08:42 AM

If you wanted an actual response then why did you make this statement. Because I am not perfect :( no matches This one is pretty hard to believe. Do you receive likes? What is your profile like? Are you living in a populated area? Could it be that you are shadowbanned?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/26 08:33 AM

I had dates where I had to force the conversation, I had dates where it flew effortlessly. It's not about where you met the person. In fact, I think I've never been on a date with someone I already knew. But that's me, I think if we know each other and are not romantically interested, we will never be. It just feels like they are not physically attracted to me and just decided that I will do for now... It's funny you mention meetups, cause as a migrant I used to join them often, but I got exhaus…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/26 08:31 AM

I've literally never felt romantic attraction for someone through an app relationship unless I knew them IRL first... I mean, you are not supposed to feel it from the app, but after getting to know them irl. What is the difference between irl and met through apps and went on, idk, 3 dates?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/26 07:51 AM

Why were you hiding your red flags? The whole point is to find a perfect match for real you. I'd understand hiding things from a casual partner, because it does not really matter if they are into this weird thing as you, but for romance this is important, no? Idk I have a lesbian friend, she refuses to use apps or to approach someone in real life. She ends up dating exes of exes, I joke about the closed lesbian club where they just shuffle couples every now and then. That's not going to work, yo…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/26 07:32 AM

Well responses are
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/26 06:47 AM

Why is there no romance in apps? You can get to know people and promote them to "actually know in real life", no? After all, the more specific your requirements are, the more volume of search you need. There are different people everywhere, you just have to be open minded and hopeful, and cautious to not burn out.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/26 06:47 AM

It's a fair thing. There was a pretty good Dr. K's video about how dating became like a job interview where we already picture a perfect partner and get dissapointed when they diviate from the script. For me though it feels like I have to qualify to even get a date and damn I used to love going on dates.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 10:40 PM

Oh... that's... my bad. Sorry for lashing out.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 07:01 PM

I can't understand you and half the women here. If you are in a happy relationship, have you really had dating issues? Dates that did not lead to anything and failed relationships are pretty normal things on a way to happiness. This was not the goal of my post, to reminisce about your good ol dating dates. Perhaps I should have been more clear.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:58 PM

Have you felt it instantly?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:49 PM

How long do you allow this form of connection to form?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:43 PM

Fair enough. But following precautions it should not be that impactful overall.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:41 PM

What is chemistry? Do you think it is real and other people feel it?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:39 PM

Look, to be fair, you have a pretty high standards which is as much as it is a fair thing, to want to be attracted to your partner, is your personal flaw, if it prevents you from finding something mutual.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:39 PM

Well it does not seem like a dating issue, more like a time and priorities issue. Which is a fair one, but you can't just expect to get lucky in your comfort setting. You can, but that's just luck. If you really want to date you have to do more. But that's for you to decide. I am out of ideas :(
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:29 PM

You can give me your full requirements list.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:23 PM

In my opinion it's just a common sense. I also have safety concerns, for example, I am not comfortable inviting someone I have never met to my place. Saying that common sense practice is a struggle is like saying putting clothes to go on a date is a struggle.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:17 PM

Why not?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:04 PM

That's good. Do you have any issues with dating now?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:03 PM

Congrats!
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:01 PM

I would have to hurt my social life or work to participate in dating apps. Would it? You can limit yourself, let's say, 10 minutes a day. Won't hurt anything. 1 per month on average That's not bad, are they all single and straight? Do other people often get in relationships from these events? Well it does work for other people so clearly the medium is not the problem but rather something about me. I am already healthy weight but have an ugly bone structure and ugly / below average face that even…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 06:01 PM

There is a difference between being cautious and telling a random man that going on a date with him is like flipping a coin of being raped or not. Not that you or pie do that, but this is quite common tone in online discussions.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:54 PM

If they don't use dating apps then yes, but I doubt you will find a man complaining about being lonely who hasn't even tried apps. (ofc you can theoretically, but in general)
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:52 PM

A random man in the internet is not a thread, you don't need to dismiss their concerns by claiming that they are. Obviously if it's something like: "Q4W, my date refused a ride from me, what's going on?" you can explain that it is actually a safety concern and a good approach for women. But if someone says "damn, why do dating be so hard for me :(" you don't just go "well duh have you heard about date rape??". Not that you do, but when you say: But men do say we treat them like a threat and they…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:50 PM

If you have to be brutally honest about yourself, why do you think it is so and can you do something about it?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:46 PM

I don’t know a single woman or man who has had a good experience on apps (for a serious relationship) The opposite for me. Have you tried apps yourself? It's not that much of a commitment. classes, hobbies, events, friends of friends How much is this? How many do interract with? How many do you like? It's a big difference when meeting people with dating in mind or hoping to meet someone in regular settings. I wish it worked, but it is obviouslt doesn't, so there is an issue to solve, isn't it? W…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:39 PM

Oof, your tone is judgemental, lol. Only good faith participation here. How many matches do you usually have? Do you think you reject many potential matches? Have you tried going to places where you can be approached in person? Obviously I can give any advice about personal issues, just wish you luck with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:35 PM

A stray dog is in your life. A picture of a dog can't hurt you.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:32 PM

Well, self inflicted issue then.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:31 PM

As far as I remember you don't use apps. Maybe you should, sounds like a numbers game. Maybe join some meetup groups with many people. Or speed dating events.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:25 PM

Well, they just don't want to be honest, because they don't want to blame themselves for their struggles. Have you seen their profiles, their swiping?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:18 PM

again, I can swipe for you, you can pay for premium and filter more profiles, you can invinte friends over and make it a drinking game is this were my issues I would have been the happiest men in this sub
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:17 PM

If you have a leg broken who cares how you broke it?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:14 PM

Fatigue is cured by taking a break. As long as you still have options you are good.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:06 PM

Then you have no issues, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:05 PM

Are you still dating or what changed?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:04 PM

Men in your life are a threat. A random man in the internet isn't. You can dismiss everything to safety concerns.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:02 PM

I mention all my hobbies through pictures and text. In this versions of Tinder and co there is a 5 keywords limit, that is highlighted when you have them in common. Nah, sometimes more matches is the goal. To each their own.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 05:01 PM

I can swipe for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:59 PM

Yes, so you can't be "date rape" outside of dating, only "rape" and this is better?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:56 PM

Sports injuries are traumas, yes, they are not sport related, if you can get the same traumas by walking in your home. If you shoot someone in a car is it car accident? Sexual harassment is not workplace related. something does not need to be exclusive to an activity in order to be related to that activity The whole point is that men's dating issues are dating excusive. Women's dating issues are just women's issues. You kinda prove my point.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:54 PM

That's true for most women.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:49 PM

Well, that's the world we live in. Couple of years ago my friend gone missing, we searched for him for over a week until finally finding his body in a river, money and phone missing. He was alone at night, no one knew where he was. And we are both migrants, so imagine how his family felt. My point is, don't ever compromise or risk your safety, no matter how much you don't like it. No good person will ever be offended if you reject a car ride. This is a huge red flag. But if you going to tell a m…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:48 PM

Try me.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:39 PM

Aren't you married?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:39 PM

men don't complete their profiles, they are afraid of showing themselves. I don't think I can fix men's profiles, right? So just keep swiping left until you see a profile you like. Compliment their profiles when you match, be the positive force of change that you want to see. I had close to zero matches when I mentioned I like videogames and read manga. Changed it to gym and cooking and did much better. So it is what it is. Hate the game not the players. Is your profile complete?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:38 PM

What are you basing this on? Like seriously. Do you really thing majority of marriages are bad? My grandmother worked in child protection, I walked with her to the worst of the shitholes. Most of the relationship violence is 2 drunks getting drunk and fighting while their kids starve. Just because men in this situations are stronger and inflict more damage, does not mean relationships with men are dangerous by its nature.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:34 PM

Good to be you
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:31 PM

I'll separate the two things here. First the car thing. Sorry to hear this happened to you and your friend. I'd recommend to not get into a car with your dates early on. What if they decide to kidnap you? If you have no other option, call someone and keep it on, and share your location. Idk, maybe cause I am an european city mouse, cars are not a thing here so I can't fully comprehend. The second, the 3 dates sex expectation. The easiest thing is to plan dates that are logistically inconvenient …
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:30 PM

Like what? Do these risks exist outside of dating?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:14 PM

If something can happen outside of dating it is not dating related issue. If you could not get a date, or second date, or all your dates finish within an hour, yeah, that's a dating issue. An issue. About dating. Aboud dates, romance, sex, flirting. If you got sexually assaulted, even on a date, you are a victim of a serious crime. This is not a dating issue. The person who did it is not a random dating enjoyer, it is a fucking criminal. If you got attacked during morning run, it's not a running…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:13 PM

And? Like, forget the argument, let's say this is actually indisputably true. Will you have a problem admitting it?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:09 PM

My safety is always in question when dating men. That's what the person I responded to said. Why add "when dating men"?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:07 PM

But the thing is that safety issues are still valid when women are not dating. Or are you suddenly immune to violence if you are not dating? Many men who have dating issues have no issues with confidence, social skills or communication. Sure, appearance issues is a good jab, but outside of dating it does not matter, so they are equal. There are men who are lured to locations by fake dating apps profiles to get robbed or kidnapped. Some men are harrased by women's exes. Some are stalked by their …
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 04:02 PM

They are so good at making up problems for themselves instead of using their advantage, cause if they really try something and it does not work it means they failed even with all cards given, so they'd rather act as victims instead.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 03:50 PM

Then why do women still do it?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 03:42 PM

My friend group, my personal experience, every person I had a discussion about dating, statistics, and everything. Do you have any proof for your claim?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 03:42 PM

Still, if you are on a date or not, you should not leave your drink alone. It's not a dating issue, call it a women's safety issue.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 03:31 PM

trying to find people who treat them with respect, dignity and honesty My point is that this is a blue pill bs. Sounds good, sure, but far from the truth, no matter what sample size.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 03:28 PM

So your dating issue is your laziness?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 03:26 PM

I know 0 men who shots themselves in the foot like this.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 03:24 PM

Bad as I am a human being that wants to enjoy intimacy too, so many women think their presense is already enough, and while I do my best to get her in the mood, find what she likes, that she feels comfortable, she does none of it for me. And still, I won't complain about it, it is what it is. Maybe next life I will try it as a girl and compare. I know it's presumptuous to say, but if I, as a girl, was treated the way I try to treat girls, I think it would be nice. So it's really hard to resonate…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 03:24 PM

One girl's date could not fix a wheel of her bycicle so she told him he's not a real man and it's sucks that she has to ask her father for help instead. One made a guy wait for half a year while fucking her ex who had a new gf, the guy learnt about it and skedaddled. Just some of examples. I am in a pretty big friend group of girls, the most red and black pill fuel there is. But I think it is cultural. Probably other parts of world are better.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 03:17 PM

Do you think experience can be bad from man's perspective too?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 03:11 PM

As soon as you leave your home you should be worried about safety. I don't see how is it related to dating? You think if you don't go on a date you can't be assaulted? You think men are never assaulted?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 03:08 PM

I mean, how can you say "be hotter" to someone who wants to be seen as a sex object right after saying that being seen as one isn't a compliment. Bro...
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 03:03 PM

Thanks for being honest. Idk, if my friends shared bad stories I'd probably make something up to fit in. And some things are easy to take as a personal attack. The first time sex rarely goes flawless, but I don't believe in "casual sex, which is often just essentially masturbating with another person’s body" narrative.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 02:58 PM

Most of my female friends are the reason for their dating struggles. In any men said what they have said, everyone would have told them that they are delusional and deserve to stay single. Yet here we are.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 02:53 PM

Ok, so no. Do you allow for the possibility that you are just overdramatising and in real life extreme negatives rarely happen?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 02:49 PM

Those are still dating issues. No, safety, harassment, coercion, stalking, violence risk are safety issues, men lying for sex, pregnancy risk, being treated like disposable entertainment, and trying to figure out which attention is actually genuine versus manipulative are relationship issues. Also, access alone is not the same thing as positive outcomes. Getting 500 DMs from men you don’t trust, aren’t attracted to, or actively fear is not the same thing as having healthy relationship options. Q…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 02:47 PM

Again, is this your personal experience? Like, I am not arguing about the statement, just want to know. Most of Q4W about casual sex shows that most women here does not have it. And those who do are strangely quiet about this topic, or believe they somehow developed a perfect radar for good males, but majority still sucks.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 02:39 PM

I read comments like this and wonder, have you ever had casual sex? Is that how you were treated? Or do you just repeat "men are bad" mantra you heard somewhere?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 02:33 PM

And no, women can’t just easily get a boyfriend they are attracted to at a snap of their fingers. You have to define what "easily" means and how much unrealistic standards impact dating for women.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/26 02:31 PM

Nothing wrong with therapy but when it is brought up constantly as some silver bullet solution it is kinda annoying. If these men found someone they’ll just create another thing to be insecure about Well that's why ideally you find someone young, then someone when you are older, and some more ones in between so you understand better what you want and don't want, duh.

A nice guy = not a nice guy. An ugly guy = not a nice guy. Complaining about dating guy = believe it or not, not a nice guy. But what about all the kinky sex I did with ex partners and more? Plenty to gain here. there's still an orgasm gap In my ltr foreplay included me getting my gf off, so even if she did not orgasm during sex (which she said she did multiple times per sesh but it vary), we are at the very least equal. Believe it or not I did not get a special badge "Veteran Closer of Orgasm Gap" that I can demonstrate.

For women to have kids it's not really that hard, they can do it alone even. So it's reasonable why they don't see it as a high achievement. It's like if your goal is to scratch balls it is much easier when you have a couple attached to your body. I agree though, manosphere don't have anything on women. Them artificial wombs can't be creates fast enough. Even surrogacy is in jeapoady now.

No president was arrested or fined for not fulfilling promises. They should though. Modern politics is a joke. When you start a relationship there's no promise of kinky sex What promises are there wehn you start a relationship? Can I see the full list please? No cheating probably the one. What are the consequences for breaking promises? Where is the line between what's ok to expect in relationship and what's not?

I just hate this "I dOn'T oWe YoU aNyTgInG" notion. How about we fucking start owing other people something. Fine, let's not start with kinky sex, but still. Not everything is an attack on free will. What's next? We can't hold a presiddent accountable for his election promises because he had his fingers crossed so it's ok? Ah right, we don't even need to check fingers anyway...
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 02:22 PM

Well fine, but what if this specific man is a late bloomer? Does it make this concern more ok or not? What is the point of this discussion?

You don't owe anything to anyone unless the court specifies otherwise. You can even live separately from your partner. By this logic, you can't complain about anything in relationship - you should instantly break up. Everything else is a coercion. Info: What is "kinky sex" to you? Everything that is not under the blanket?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 02:04 PM

If my sexaul needs are not met, I'd leave of course. But I can survive without getting head, for example, even if I like it. If the relationship otherwise good, I won't break up over it, unless I know that it is the issue with me specifically and was not the issue before. Then I will second guess her attraction to me. It's not that deep, you want to strip away anu nuances and focus on yourself be my guest. But for many people those nuances matter.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 01:53 PM

Do you ever do things you don't like? We are not talking about inflicting literal torture here.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 01:19 PM

It makes a difference even if the conclusion is the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 01:17 PM

You are talking as if I said I hated it. You will have to dig pretty far into kinks to find something that will really bother me, but this is not what we are talking about.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 01:14 PM

I would do it if that makes my partner happy. I enjoy different things and hate routine, so even if I won't enjoy a certain act I will enjoying the attempt to stir things up.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 01:05 PM

It makes the refusal worse. It still sucks but at least he is not hipocritical and does not treats you worse than his previous partners or thinks that he does not need to put as much effort with you specifically.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 01:02 PM

Well, most men don't get to "explore and experiment" in their youth and it kinda sucks when your partner already finished their journey that you did not start.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 12:57 PM

I am more accepting of consistent people, in this case I won't second guess what is wrong with me or what else will change about them in the future.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 12:55 PM

Am I weird for wanting to please my partner? Like, we are not talking about extreme kinks here. I have never felt I have to do certain acts to keep a partner. I did them because I wanted them to enjoy sex with me. I see no reasons why I will ever stop doing that.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 12:54 PM

because you don’t WANT to do things to your partner that they don’t like See, you that this (which sounds very good, nice sentiment) and then act surprised when I said men are blamed for everything. Let's reverse genders, let's say a woman can't orgasm without using a sex toy and a man don't like using toys during sex. Now let's also add that he was ok with using toys on his previous partners, but now he doesn't want to, because he grew up and grown men don't play with toys in bed or whatever. W…

Ignorance is bliss, I'd just accept she is not into it.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 12:38 PM

The point is you should focus on doing the things you both can enjoy and bond over as a unique pairing That is the point, what is the woman is not interested in anything like this. Which is still valid, this could be how people generally are. But if she used to be different, for whatever reason, there is a valid regret of not meeting her earlier. The man can't even express his emotion, OP expects them to silently suck it up or leave. Which is imho unhealthy view on mental health of men. They sho…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 12:23 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 12:17 PM

No, you are correct. My concern is why is she never in the mood for it?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/26 12:12 PM

When she’s feeling adventurous, maybe it’s standing and fucking again a window. If she’s feeling playful, maybe the best sex involves toys or chasing each other around the house naked. She used to but never with you, so is it something to be concerned about or nah?

irrelevant/ɪˈrɛlɪv(ə)nt/"Irrelevant" describes something that is not related to the subject being discussed, making it unimportant or inapplicable in that specific context. It indicates that a detail, factor, or piece of information has no impact on a decision, argument, or situation. On this alone your debate point already crumbles. It's like to say that cheating is irrelevant to relationship because "you can feel hurt, that’s ok but you either leave or get over it". It is relevant, how much - …

This is Gillete ad "The Best Men Can Be" or something. Sure, a single ad means nothing. But this was many other similar things born from metoo movement. My entire point that you either have to live under the rock or simply not care about societal message that approaching women is wrong. Therefore, every man that still does it is to a degree an asshole. And approaching women usually leads to more dating success than not. You are being very close minded, so I won't engage farther. But saying thing…

Sure, I don't think anyone ever implied that women are attracted to negative traits on purpose. So this post sounds to me like: "No, alcoholics don't drink vodka because they like the taste, if they could get drunk on cola they would have drink cola". We already know this, duh.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 04:02 PM

Sure, this is not the point. Some people enjoy being catcalled but we can agree that this is a bad thing to do, can't we? <image> If you were a 17 years old man 7 years ago and saw this ad on TV, what would you have thought about approaching women on streets: is it ok ot not?

A man lying about being monogamous doesn't mean we like that he is lying. Its like saying people like armed robbers because they willingly hand over their money to them. Just because you fall or comply with the negative behavior does not mean you like it Oh... I only now realized what your debate point really is about. Guys, women are attracted to bad behaviours but not on purpose, duh. It's just so happens.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 03:14 PM

If punching strangers was an established social pattern would you complained about it or made excuses for it? They don't want to. You haven't given them any reason to. Fine? So what, I will survive, so will they. Then why are their complaints usually interspersed wuth demands of others? I don't think they are. It's just easy to interpret complains in a negative light. Make any complain and I will twist it to make you look like an asshole. It's like bullies say it ok to bully that kid cause he is…

through experience and social intuition Same excuses as any bigot says. You don't get to punch people because they looked like they were about to punch you in your mind. Now, if they did punch you, go ahead, but do you see the difference? And you think complaining at them will make them want to be empathetic? It gives them a chance to be empathetic, if they want to. How can anyone support anyone online if people never share their struggles? I use it because I feel like it Duh, people complain be…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 01:36 PM

What was the point? You commented about whining, now you are saying about annoying people, either you equate the two or this should not be a part of the conversation. So why do you expect people to owe you empathy instead of wanting them to want to give you empathy? No, that's why I want people to give me empathy even though I don't expect them to. Not everything in life is supposed to be effective, like, why are you spending time on reddit, what does it improve for you?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 01:21 PM

online men that like to whine annoying someone, getting in their face and goading them That's a big leap, don't you think? evaluate and critique why things are the way they are Well, mostly because no one owes anyone anything, so here's that. not just complain about those things and hope they change So we should not complain about politics, we should go and campaing into the goverment, we can't complain about economy, we should go start a business or something, did I get your logic right? And if…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 01:05 PM

Therefore, these men whine to women for some sort of ulterior motive. Not really. No one knows for a fact how another person will react. Sure, it's wise to not expect an empathetic reaction to men's dating struggles from women, but it should not be like this. So if you want things to be different you have to risk it sometimes. The complex justifications why it's ok to treat someone like shit are just excuses.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/26 11:24 AM

I am as cynical and bitter as the most guys here, but I do believe in communication. If you feel like your partner is losing interest it is worth to talk to them to see what's going on. Maybe they don't feel well, maybe something bad has happened, maybe they are upset with you for some reason. Only if they refuse to discuss this and dismiss your concerns, then sure, move on.

Why do some women, especially on Reddit, instantly assume that a man venting about loneliness, rejection, lack of dating success, or frustration with modern dating "woman has had sex with other men" but not him must believe he is owed sex or a relationship "imply she owes consent" and " demand we choose them"?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 03:50 PM

No, that's all fair, you have your type. What I mean, if you see someone you don't find attractive, they got a self care routine and dressed more to your liking next time my money are on you still finding them unattractive. Same with someone you liked, but the next time they dressed differently, you won't be like "hell naw, I'm out", right? Personality traits aside, this is not what I am talking about.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 02:16 PM

If they were already someone I was interested in Are you sure? Like, I am not attacking you or anything. It just seems like the initial interest does a lot in attraction.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 01:48 PM

It kinda sucks how little control a man has over his attractiveness...
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 01:32 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/26 12:51 PM

Serious question: are there any dancing moves or styles that are attractive when men perform them? I am not talking about complex acrobatic moves or choreography, something simple. As a man I find myself enamoured of women's dancing, to some degree it is sexual (flexibility, seductive moves), some of it is energy, some of it is just cute, like Reze's dance.

Social skills and experience. And follow up conversations. Fair enough, then when a man makes a negative generalization about women based on the same things, you accept and respect his opinion, right? blaming victim for the abuse sends a message that abuse is okay unless you're the victim Is saying "look both ways before crossing the road" sends a message that if you get hit by a car it's ok or that you should be careful and never rely on other people not harming you. And in both cases, this has…

Why do you think you know better than the person that used the phrase? Just a thought experiment: let's say you are 100% correct, all cases of using "choose better" advice are from men that "don't think abusing or taking advantage of women is bad". Is the advice bad or harmful per ce? It's not like they say "stay with abuser" or "choose worse" or "stay single". It does not even imply that you need to change yourself, like, let's say "go to gym / therapy". So I don't understand what's the big dea…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/05/26 01:23 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 02:00 PM

To filter through all possible matches. Same happens in real life. Women are picky on apps not because they just can be, it takes time to reject 95% of people you see. They are deliberatly looking for the best looking guys. In real life it can work only if the woman is extremely passive. Fine, so we agree that women's porn is not better than men's.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 01:57 PM

When you have no other clues, you’ll filter on the trait you do see. Why? Well, men would have been called gross for wanting a basically slave. I overreacting here, but it's not like it's completely groundless. There is an anime about romance between a guy and a girl in a wheelchair and people were making comments like this.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/26 01:47 PM

My argument is that women need more than pictures to feel attraction. Again, I agree, but why women select only 5% of men on apps? It can't be that they all accurately displayed their personalities and women are able to select accurately. Why not match with 95% and then filter based on other factors? A big share of smut is just a fairy tale for adults about your destined soulmate and never ending love. I don't think this is what is used as porn by women. Just literature for fun. We were talking …

Well, duh, pretty picture seems very important. Porn for women is mostly written erotica with no visuals but a plot. But that is a totally different subject and not real "blame", as OP put in edit.

Pointing out signs that could have warned a woman about potential danger is not "blaming" her for the action. People so quick to yell "victim blaming" when nothing really excuses the actual offender and if there was something that could prevented this, why is it bad?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 05:37 PM

Yeah, and we don't shower.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 05:28 PM

I mean, sure, but this is not the case with young people nowadays.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 05:22 PM

What am I doing wrong? Or how women suffer this society issue? If I was a woman I'd just enjoy this system.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 05:21 PM

I mean, a person on dating app went there to meet people romatically. Implied consent is what makes it acceptable. And yeah, it gave away your age. I don't think it works anymore. None of the people younger than 30 use facebook, at least where I live.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 05:13 PM

Depends on the context, if most of them met someone in school or college, I'd say it is pretty realistic. If you are from a country with arranged marriages it is irrelevant. I'd say if I or someone else could identify what is wrong with me soecifically, I would not have projected my experience to reality. But people can't and I hear the same stories from other men over and over, more and more. Is it unfair to consider there is something going on? Do you want me to share you millions of youtube v…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 05:12 PM

I've met plenty of women fine irl or through social media. I mean, social media. what, do you hit random women up in instagram or something? Ew. When and where irl, how old are you?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 05:08 PM

There are many women who will be put off by this, call it mankeeping or whatever new trandy word is and declare that they are dealing with enough already to deal with a whiny man.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 05:06 PM

My experience resonates with most men in my age and geo bracket. I sharing it to prove that I am not jsut broadcasting what I read online, I actually actively try it. What activities if it not a secret? Are they women exclusive?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 05:05 PM

How do you differentiate from those guys? Do you need to dress differently? This is not something you can figure out before even one date unless you know each other.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 04:54 PM

Rather than going 'hey what do I do on dates? It is more "hey how do I get dates?". And then it is the thing that you describe. Women don't need to improve, they can just go on another date easily. Mne notice it and feel unfairness, but if he voices it he gets called names and then people are surprised he gets hooked on a content that says that it is not entirely his fault.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 04:48 PM

Well, I, a man, go out 1-2 times per week, sometimes alone and open to meeting people. Recently I only meet other men this way. Women don't do this, they install apps if they feel lonely.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 04:43 PM

Bro, you can't just magically develop social skills. They are learnt while doing. When I was 18-20 I was fortunate to go on dates more or less regulary. I did fumble lots of them, if I could go back they would have went differently. I think it is unfair to expect men to have necessary skills instantly, but at least we could learn. Now I don't think I can get a date to save my life. Post covid online dating is completely different and getting worse and worse. Youre full of shit Be civil, dude.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 04:33 PM

it's the government, companies, even capitalism. This is a forbidden on this sub c word. No one forces women to be this picky. I don't think men are the ones out there socializing while women stay at home playing games. There's not even a lot of women on the apps to begin with. Well, women are not on apps, women are not going out meeting people in bars or coffee shops, so yeah, they are staying at home playing social networks or games.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 04:27 PM

Deserve does not mean you must get it, in this context it is about dismissing someone's experience because of their age. If you think it's ok for men to stay single until 30 it is natural you will focus on statistics on men 30+. This is what I ask.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 04:14 PM

When was it published? I think with each generation % of single people is going to increase more and more. When do you want to acknowledge the issue? 40%? 50%? 99%? And why only 30+ matters, do younger men not deserve to date?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/26 04:00 PM

I actually did not expect a well written and resonable post from the title, thanks for taking your time and posting it. I agree with everything you said, but I will debate the title and provide some thoughts about why it is not happening. First, women are a protected class. Blaming them for anything is a social suicide. Is this an overcompensation for lack of women's rights in the past or just how we biologically view women, idk, but is it how it is. Second, blaming women will not change anythin…

No, but you should want to date men closer to your height / weight. And no one said anything about talking. Yes, but nature will correct in due time, most men would be short and small, gaining muscles will be out of fashion.

I am telling that anyone would feel safer with someone they can overpower physically if needed, wouldn't they? Would you get a tiger or a cat? Both are feline, yet one can maul you to death the other can give you some stratches max. Yet it seems like women prefer tigers. Is it unfair to call out this inconsistency?

We don't know its dangerous until it is? You can go for physically weaker men. If risk and danger are so concerning why traits that make men more dangerous are considered attractive? women choose to date and or have casual sex with men she likes then if we choose not to date or have sex with men she doesn't like, but now it is suddenly "too dangerous and risky and you don't udnerstand". Why not choose one? Either it is too dangerous or it is ok. I won't say anything if all women in the world dec…

I would agree with this being the reason why women date as they are, but how do you explain so many women willingly put themselves in dangerous situations? Why minimizing these risks is not the priority?

So we started to do something about it. Many people today think feminism is a problem and some feminists are, just like today some men are way over the top. They want to take away our rights. See that's the problem. What did you do about it? If you are around my age the answer is nothing. We were born into gender equal society. Are there some remnant of old school sexism? Sure, but it is extremely frowned upon. But this rhetoric that you personaly is a freedom fighter on the frontlines still and…

Huh? Besides pregnancy, who do you think not take serously "rape, physical violence, being stalked"? These are serious crimes, we have entire law system against. What are you talking about? by dismissing perspective of women? If perspective of women was helpful for men it would have not been dismissed. Edit: I actually value your advice on dating apps, it's more about in general men dismissing general perspective of general women.

because the costs, risks, and pressures behind those outcomes are not being seen or taken seriously I mean, the same argument can be made with genders reversed, except men have less positive outcomes. What you end up with is a skewed version of reality that looks simple from the outside, but is not simple at all when you’re actually inside it. Sounds like an excuse honestly. At least men try to figure out and simplify the reality. This often leads to not very pleasant realisations about ourselve…

You can just ask what the f word means to the person who used it in a reply to them if this is so important for you. Fact is, words lose and gain meaning that is different from their original. You can't just force everyone to stick to a single right one, even if it is technically correct.

It does not matter what an individual says. What matters is what direction is society is heading to. Make a public statement in favor o women quotas in stem and a public statement in favor of excluding women from stem. Compare reaction that you get in response. Are they equal? If no, there will always be a force that directed towards equilibrum. And this force will cause a counter force. And so on...
