| 1 | Isn't Gender a Social Construct?Well, on average women have a uterus, and men do not. Men can have a uterus, but it's pretty safe to say any given man does not. It is discriminatory towards women for that reason. Discriminatory actions do not have to affect the whole of a group, they just have to disproportionately affect the said group. Why are you even arguing this point, do you want to be discriminated against or something? You want news articles to say abortion is discriminatory towards MEN too?
