Just wanted to say that never lose your hope. In the deepest of our despairs, holding on to hope for a better future is the only way to sustain effort and sanity. Hugs

Yes, it is the surest and easiest way to manhood I believe. I was out of my house at 17. I was still living with my aunt, and my parents basically doing everything for me even if I was away, but being by yourself in a new city and sorting everything out yourself, is the fastest way to becoming a man nowadays.

It is an excellent idea. It has to also have some way of adding the value of responsibility to the mix, as it is extremelly necessary when making the trancision into a man. If something like that were to exist, that also would require kids to challenge themselves or others, and compete, conquer and win, would certainly complete seal the deal for me. It is sad that something like this does not exist nowadays. I have encountered 14 yo kids that act like children, and guys my age (28) acting as if …

Thank you my friend. Sorry for the late reply, but I am slowly accepting my story as my own and building my life upon that base.

Yo, how is it going? I understand how difficult it is to balance all the key aspects of our life. Do not worry tho, having money and being ahead in the professional and financial curve, I believe, is far more difficult than getting in shape. Social skills in my experience is all about saying yes more often, or so I have found. I am also behind in terms of social life. Most of it because I am introverted, not shy at all, and thus I am very reluctant to start a new conversation with strangers part…

No doubt about it. being in the 20th percentile of fitness AND career is awesome, instead of 1rst percentile of fitness and 50th of career. I completely agree with you. I feel somehow in the second scenario tho. not 1rts percent of fitness tho, much lower.

At 27 and feeling like I have wasted much (not all at least) of my time in my 20s, this post hits home. I also have to remind you brothers that you have to find BALANCE, you cannot give all your time to fitness or else you will disregard your work and developing marketable skills. You have to weight your priorities and focuse more intensively in those things you want improve the most. In my case I gave up much of my time, focus and energy to fitness, I lost social interactions, going out with my…

Yes, it is odd at times, we have been conditioned by this new post modern society, that it is good to cry and share your feelings and whatnot, I disagree. My father did not show any sad feelings, crying to others, because he is a man, and he was taught in his younger years I presume, to be strong and self sufficient. He does not know what red pill is, he is just acting and behaving as his father did before him and his grandfather before and so on. Manly traits that perdure from generations. He k…

You could feel like shit when being fired from your work, but showing her you are find a solution in a very stoic, calm and optimistic disposition. Or... you could just become a crying baby, worried son of a bitch and she could just dump the shit out of you.

Nope, just nope, never, you are a rock, done. My Dad, the manliest figure in my life, only ever told my mom he was sad when his father diet at 93 years old (my grandfather), he never shed a tear in front of me, my mom or anyone else. I know he was devastated after the burial ceremony on the way home, he was driving by himself after droping me in another city, and I know he cried because he told me he "felt bad" during that solo trip he did. Suffer in silence. I learn so much from him.

damn it is very hard to talk in a party, the music is so damn loud that keeping a normal conversation is shit. In a bar, girls are seated with their friends in specific tables, just how are you supposed to go out your way and approach a group of girls in a table talking and minding their own business. Unless you are fucking Cristiano Ronaldo, Brad Pitt I dont know.

Trying to be a devils advocate here. What if you genuily do not know what to say or to talk to an stranger? Probably this conversation happened when the girl was very physically close to you (lets say waiting in a line at the store), most of the time this does not happen, usually we have to walk over to the other person, this way it is harder to talk about something randomly happening in the place, as the purpose of walking up to the girl is talking to her. What do you recommend, tips etc? I hav…

I also know that many people like me never had luck to get unplugged because of not meeting the right people. In my case, it is because I have met the "wrong" people that has helped me get unplugged. During my 18 years I spent with my parents, and living a blue-pill fantasy with no responsibilities, nothing to harm the poor only child it was me, and at the same time telling me everything that was wrong with me, really fucked me up. After taking risks by myself and knowing the "real" world outs…

This really hits home. This brings up an issue that has rarely been discussed in TRP, and it is the implications of bad parenting in the development of individuals. I "suffered" from this behaviour on an unconscious level during most of my teen years. I am an only child, during my whole life I used to be shy and introverted, which greatly compounded the lack of more varied perspectives of assesing the world other than my parent´s and my very limited social circle comprised of people like me. Des…

My thoughts exactly. At the beginning when I was a blue pilled beta bucks, I did not have standards for a woman, I used to say "If she does not know how to cook, that is okay, what matter are the feelings and I can cook <3". Not anymore, I want my lady to be able to cook, not only that but she has to cook for me. I also want boobs, boobs are important.

I had that woman once, and when I was in that relationship I was naturally confident in myself and my ability to have any women I could. However, she left me (It was in those bluepill days) and I reverted back to my old insecure self. Funny how it worked tho.

Holly fuck dark skin and blue eyes, are you married? if you are, divorce inmediatly and start banging dem chicks. You cold become a next gen fornication machine lmao!!!. Long live beards, beards are cool, I have read about minoxidil, you apply it consistently and for a long time, the velluses will get "terminal" meaning if you suspend the treatment, those hairs will remain permanently.

Yea for most of Latin American countries having for example clear eyes is a big plus for men. Since not too many people have them here, women drool over men with those characteristics.

If you consider yourself attractive and probably are white american (which is in itself ENOUGH) you will probably bang chicks with the swing of your hands down here. There are very good gyms, but NOWHERE AS CLOSE in quality/space as the regular gyms you have in the States. The best fitness centers here are too expensive (for our salary), so the regular gyms are cheaper (not as much) but sucks balls.

What I mean is- are there a good amount of women in Nic that actually value health and fitness? My wife’s mother and her sister eat constant junk food and they say “in my country, getting fat means your rich” “it’s attractive to be fat” over there (in Nicaragua). WTF LOL NO, wat? there are a lot of girls that value fitness and healthy eating down here, of course not all girls do it, but mainly because of lack of time and some others because of lack of interest. If you are doing iifym you would not have any problems to increase calories in a cheap way, also while bulking it is not that important the amount of protein as it is the increased consistent caloric surplus. If I were you and were poor af, I would focus on ground meat (it is always cheaper) peanut butter, oatmeal, full fat milk etc. Never forget the greens tho. I am bulking at 3340 calories and you? Exactly. I was texting with this girl we have never been romantically nor sexually involved, so I did the try. I told her hey "what netflix series are you following?" she was saying "blablablabla" I said "hey, what about some Netflix and chill in your new appartment?" she said "blablabla jejeje sure come over" I banged her next day because I was busy that day. To some other girl, that would have come up as rude, but because I have a relatively high SMV, she does not care.

Fuck yea can confirm. As a latin american guy who learned how to dance and living in Nicaragua, being able to handle yourself with confidence in the dance floor and showing off your moves goes a LOOOOONG way towards getting pussy. I just go to dance and I instantly become the alpha of the night.

You entered the world not knowing the real rules of the game. Without knowledge of the real rules, you could only achieve success by fortunate accident. All that time you lost, all those life achievements you could have had, all those girls you could have fucked - they were lost to you before you even started. I really hate it, I live in Nicaragua (have you heard of this place?), so I REALLY dont trust in these doctors. But, I have no choice. Actually there is a chance, I can get braces and after the treatment get a teeth implant (which is heavily expensive) and thus dont get any tooth pulled.

Social skills are extremelly valuable to me, I have ALWAYS wanted to be social and make friends easy. Not having friends and not being likeable to people, sucks ass big time. I will read the book and see if I improve in some key aspects.

I was 20 years old, went to my second orthodontics treatment after the first one that practically ripped me off. This guy told me to get one teeth pulled on my left side (1st premolar) in order to get more space and accomodate the rest of my teeth. Long story short, 2 years and half happened, the hole did not close. Went out of the country to study a masters degree, had to get my braces removed. I come back to my country 2 years after and looking forward to fix this shit.
/r/askTRP21/10/18 06:12 PM

I already had a tooth removed as part of a orthodontic treatment that fucked up my teeth even further. It is a long story, but since I have already a premolar removed (5 years ago) I have NOW to remove the other opposite premolar in order to keep the symmetry. I know it sucks, but I have already checked with 3 orthodontist about the best course of action and well, I have to remove at least one tooth.

Thank you so much for all your experience and insights. One more thing. Promise me, the more I talk to more people, the easier it gets to talk and the better I will become at sociallizing and keeping a conversation going. I really need to believe in the process in itself, but is reassuring to know that, all that effort and akwardness is worth it at the end.
/r/TheRedPill16/10/18 09:49 PM
2

Thank you I will force myself to talk then. Another question, how do you give up the expectations on the outcome of the conversation, I cant help but think that every interaction must cause the other person to laugh, and that gives me a little anxiety. Probably it is ingrained in my desire to perform at my best, even when socializing. How do you stop that inner voice?, if you ever had it.

What is your method for forcing yourself to talk? and being more social?. Overall this is the thing that is keeping me from increasing my progress. I was just like you in all the aspects you outlined. However, I still have a hard time socializing mainly because of two reasons: I feel inadequate approaching people, because I am really not interested in talking to them (or so I think) and thus I never know what to talk about and keep the conversation going. Even if I do talk, I still dont know how…

I think the TRP logic that applies to women also applies to making friends. Your life is awesome, and anyone you like who's interested in coming along is welcome to do so. And exactly the same logic applies, I have to make the first move towards friendship, if all I do is wait for the friends to fall over, I will never create a social circle. By the same token, how can I have an awesome life, when you actually need a male gang in order to have experiences and have fun in the first place? nobody …

> I'll argue a lot of this depends on what you mean by "alpha guys," because far too many people take alpha to mean asshole when it really means in-charge. that's not to say there aren't alpha bullies in this world, but most alphas, in my experience, are organized guys who just don't take shit when anything gets in the way of their goal. Yea, specifically by alpha I meant guys "in charge" of the situation, confident and outgoing, sure of themselves. I gave in to pleasures and partying, half-assing through classes and assignments and neglecting how important it is to give always your best efforts and being productive. Now I am working in a job I hate and despite the fact that I love my career, this job is not remotely close to the one I want. I would like to improve but it is important to keep oneself in the mindset OP described. We are struggling against the current, that it is the most impo…

Thank you so much for this post. I really needed to remember how fleeting time is. I am 26, My birthday was a couple of weeks ago. I was a hedonist 2 years ago and lost a lot of oportunities in my life. I am trying to beat procrastination and remain in the path of productivity but it is difficult, yet not impossible. Thank you for the reminder. Also it is important to keep in mind loved ones at all times and give them the respect devotion they need.

Probably you have to isolate them. I also have a lot of strenght in compound lifts and whatnot, My forearms are strong but not impressive. Maybe it is time to work these neglected muscles with some good ol´ isolation.

Of coursee Latin girls go crazy over clear eyes or clear skin. Since I cannot have a clear skin, so next step would be colored contacts. I am from Nicaragua my friend. Logistics here are a little bit harder than USA. Since it is expensive af renting a room all by yourself.

yea for me as well 45 fucking minutes. It toook a long time! I dont have time for practicing it putting them inthe morning before work or the gym so somedays I just wear my regular eyeglasses. Yea of coursee I would like to swap my contacts with my eyeglasses for intellectual vibe your atalking about. However, I will start wearing braces very soon, So I definitely NEED to get rid of eyeglasses ASAP. As soon as I master wearing contacts I will get braces, because you know... fuck wearing both at …

fo real. I have been an specs wearer my whole life I have never felt confident enough wearing eyeglasses (I always tried to detach myself from the intellectual vibe they exude. By wearing contacts I feel in my own skin. It is awesome. It is my first week wearing them actually and it is hard as fuck to put them on. At least for me.

Omg It has also happened to me as well in the last 5 months since my LTR ended. I have some problems with the logistics, but I went with a date with a girl I just met 2 weeks ago, we texted, flirted whatever. Went out, drank some shots, went to her home, fucked her and thats it. LOL. She is 20 I am 26. I also never thought it was that easy, and of course lifting like your life depends on it, wearing contact lenses and keeping your clothes in check. TRP has saved my life.

I needed this post so badly today. I was again thinking about my ex (she dumped me 4 months ago) and made a sunny sunday a shitty sunday. It is important to remember that fuck that self improvement is the way to go onwards. Thanks

Yup yup. I think it has to do with the 'warrior culture' instilled by WW2. The women will act like ice queens, say mean shit and try to get you to cower. Even a flash of annoyance and you are done. Its even worse here in the West were EE girls have thirsty guys chasing them. it does not help the fact that many EE girls are considered among the most beautiful in the world, in the case of Ukraine for example. Oh damn. I like how you used 'to have fun'....I've used lines like 'we can go watch the s…

Oh Damn I have a friend from Eastern Europe and I know how hard it is for us guys in there. You have to be a fucking rock and no emotions to be shown EVER. Exactly. Dude I dunno how you managed to bang in a motel, how do you even give plausible deniability to this? It is actually very difficult. It helped she was older and wanted the D. so badly. But at the same time, you have to say you two will go a more "private place" "to have fun" "blablabla" without saying outright you are going to a fucki…

I still have no idea wtf is EE. You are 100% right. It is like you described. The dudes with less conservative parents or parents with more money or that went to uni in a different city and managed to break free of their parents house - have little trouble banging EE chicks. Most EE chicks are pretty chill regarding sex, once you take her on a nice 'romantic' date its pretty easy to invite her home. They are not so uptight about looking like 'sluts' in my experience, unless they are very conserv…

EE? yeah it sucks, somehow some chads still manage to bang chicks. Their parents are not so conservative, have more connections which equals more options to get a free room or some have more money to rent hotels and appartments for themselves. Living in the suburbs + living with your parents + commuting distances + if you dont have some means of transport and you are fucked.

Yea in my country and in Latin American culture (most of it lol) it is not used for young people to have their place unless they are rich must of us live with our parents or with lots of family members under the same roof. So the only option is a fucking motel, which is very hard to apply plausible deniability with girls. But whatever, I will find a way to do so, I will try to get more money to rent a solo room.

You are right, there is always a way to modify things and come up with something creative and intriguing. I would really like to have a place of my own so the logistics for fucking would be so much easier. In the meantime I have to creep in my room when nobody is around and shit.

I have a question. I have read somewhere that it does not matter the rep ranges for building muscle. Therefore, if you are training with low reps/high weight or high reps/low weight does not make a difference as long as you are training with enough volume (the number of times you get close to or at failure in each set). Of course it is tiring to go to failure in a very light weight until 100 reps than it is to get to failure with a moderate weight to 12 reps, so it is more convenient. You will g…

This is an excellent guide. Thanks. I also adopted the IDGAF attitude with an ex about her seeing her "male friends" and got cheated. The best advice is always to next her. Even if it hurts.

Yea, probably. I just went to make small talk to this intern girl for example and it was good, we laugh, we talked we shared experiences for 10 min etc. But I still dont get it, how can I make it flirty yet seducting and no it make it seem creepy or whatever?. How can I go to the next level? how can we make people like us beyond being "the guy at the office".

I am 25 yo, I have been trying to talk to everybody in my department. I wave at them whenever I meet them, say some witty remark, engage in small talk, whatever. However, this is not friendship, I tend to talk when talked, but I never go out of my way to talk to the lady two meters at my left. Or the intern girl behind me. Approach anxiety.

Gawd, I still need to talk and seduce girls and shit. I still dont know how the fuck to do it or make friends to go out to parties and bars. I´d hate to be the lonely guy at the bar.

To all the people bashing on you for this post. I truly appreciate your honesty on the topic. Other people would go on to say it was all natty blablabla. You on the other hand took the risk to say you were having a TRT which could jeopardize this post´s credibility. Excellent post and keep the good work, I have been weightlifting for the last 8 years (fuckrounditis) I have been lifting more concious of my efforts in the last 6 months, my results have been steady and clearly positive. It is hard to correct ourselves and strive to be as we want to become. I still find myself talking in a slightly condescending tone, I still find myself acting in a validation-seeking way, and sometimes I remember my fucking ex in BP eyes. I have started meditation in order to become more aware of my thoughts and emotions, it definitely helps.

When a friend says ya we should do something soon but never calls, fuck him now I know where are you coming from, I have just started to behave like this now. One of my friends is a Blue Pilled dumb fuck (two of them actually) he does not call in days, he never answer my messages, calls or anything, so I just say "fuck it", i am no longer looking for him. The red pill is truly eye opening not just on male-female sexual strategy, but also in relation to your peers and "friends". It is a dark plac…

IMPROVING 1-My lifts at the gym have increased, I have been able to keep track of my lifts, repmaxes, reps, etc with FITNOTE app and also keeping track of my calories for bulking, feels great. 2-I am getting more organized, I have a planner where I track all of my academic goals for a better future. Try to not postpone shit, and clean my room every-single-day. 3-my tinder game is good, gottem too many plates, I had to lay low a couple of them, it is too much. Awesome man, I guess the main problem I have with self improvement is Game, talking to PEOPLE, let alone girls, I just dont know how to do it, nor do I know what to read on how to do it. I dread small talk, etc. Is there any way for going from ZERO to HERO on this topic? I am a crazy bastard around my closest friends, but among unknown people (99.99% of the world) I just come off as aloof and akward. I would greatly appreciate some help. And if this is not the place to ask this, whatever. Good f…

I can read thousands of books, self help posts, TRP bests try to improve my "frame" (I still dont get it, yes I am a noob), and improve my academic/professional life. Yet I still dont understand how to approach, game, talk, conversation, social skills. I find it dready, complicated, awkward. I am a natural introvert, I find it totally hard to initiate conversations with the people at my office let alone some girl at a bar, or even most of my tinder dates (I am even anxious to go out with them, s…

Hey awesome everything about your TRT and HGH intake! However I wanted to know more about the side effects of having children? and those of bodybuilders with weird nipples? or bloated stomach? (I am 25 yo, 5´9", 166 pounds, been lifting since 18yo) I guess I am experiencing low T levels, I have been depressed, have never felt dominance, I have like no drive to talk to people, I am strong, but not THAT strong. Thank you so much for this post. It serves as an everyday reminder of the mistakes that need to be kept in the past. I was also a wimp, pussy, and completely beta-Man in my past relationship. I completely entered her frame because I feared any disagreement with her. I wish I would have known this before. In my case I was an atheist, she was catholic, very very catholic. I decided not tell her anything about it, so I could be with her, well LOL it did happen, I went to mass every sunday, I hated …
