I said that in parasitic cases they can and in shared non-parasitic cases nobody can have agency because it’s a shared body. Compared to pregnancies, the mother carries the entire child inside her and it’s entirely her body sustaining the fetuses. Thus, that would make it a part of her body

Depends on the case, because you can’t technically distinguish whose body is whose. If it’s a parasitic twin then absolutely. But, if the crucial organs are shared you can’t distinguish which organ in whose. In contrast to this, in pregnancies, it’s obvious which organs belong to whom, and until the baby is outside the mom, the baby is a part of the mom’s body and so are its bodyparts

For me its more about human bodily autonomy. It's your body so you should have full permission over what to do with it regardless of what stage the baby is in. It's a fundamental policy of freedom imo.
