Tera Patrick, for instance, has a Bachelor's in Biology and an A.A.S. in Nursing. She's not stupid. I'd be fine with this as well. I'd love for women to have access to all roles in the military so long as they can meet the standards. Look at the standards for the U.S. Army Physical Fitness Test. In every age group, the lowest men's qualifying score is the highest women's qualifying score. If they try to put female soldiers who can't meet these standards into combat, they're going to get people killed - both men and women.

It's probably a cultural thing. I'm from England too, and the concept of "dating" is essentially non-existent. Whoa, really? I honestly had no idea it was like that. The process is usually more like "meet girl, become attracted, ask to be girlfriend". That's how it often works in junior high and high school. The idea that any school in 2012 needs federal oversight to stop them from reverting to 1950 and trying to box female students into Home Economics and shit, is idiotic. It is plainly and simply not her right to leave the father out of the picture like this, but there is unfortunately no legal recourse that I can think of the father taking if he were even aware of it (which he's obviously not). It's really fucked up IMO. I don't care how "poor" I was or what "dreams" I had, if I had a kid out there I would want to know.
