When I was in CS engineer school, only 10% were women. None of these 10% were actually interested in CS they just wanted technical background and then go management ASAP. Why would we be mad? In the UK, now, women are forbidden from expecting men to do chores at their rhythms and standards. Women are forbidden to restrict him from pursuing other women and to monitor his phone and social medias and be really jealous. Or to even reveal to others that he cheats or whatever. Women voluntarily forgetting the pill or lying about taking it is probably a tiny tiny tiny minority. Teen pregnancy rates are probably more due to an inefficient use of it (forgetting, vomiting it, ect...) or because the thing isn't 100% safe even when used properly.
