Man Legally Forced to Pay Child Support Even After DNA Test Proves He’s Not DadPretty certain that's only in criminal cases. | /r/MensRights | 26/10/16 02:23 AM
Teenage males insurance almost 2x more expensive than a female[Rant]Driving a car isn't optional for all intents and purposes in many rural areas of the country. | /r/MensRights | 20/07/16 07:11 AM
Wheaton has finally gone off the deep endHis board game podcast is pretty good but whenever he opens his mouth to talk about any political issue he just sounds like an uniformed idiot | /r/MensRights | 28/05/14 07:17 PM
Aussie judge asks: If an underage boy and underage girl have sex, why is only the boy charged with a crime? No one would be charged in the girls case but both boys would be charged as they are both victims of and rapists obviously | /r/MensRights | 28/05/14 05:56 PM
Aussie judge asks: If an underage boy and underage girl have sex, why is only the boy charged with a crime?Irish people are pretty awesome. Met a group of them for the first time here in the States and they were a really solid bunch | /r/MensRights | 28/05/14 05:42 PM
Woman who falsely accused football star Brian Banks of raping her is being forced to pay big time$200k is about $4 an hour for the entirety of his time in jail. That's not including the possible millions in missed opportunities | /r/MensRights | 21/05/14 07:42 PM
Woman who falsely accused football star Brian Banks of raping her is being forced to pay big time$100 is an insult. I make quite a bit more than that only working 8 hours a day. $100 is essentially working 24/7 with no freedom for just over $4 an hour.... | /r/MensRights | 21/05/14 07:40 PM
What possible message could this send other than, "Don't be a dad."I park in them even without a kid | /r/MensRights | 06/05/14 04:03 AM
Divorce Tactic #238: Turn husband in for felony charges. There should be nothing illegal about that gun. Holding it during arguments is one thing but there is nothing wrong with the gun | /r/MensRights | 27/02/14 06:27 PM
Alert - man walking in same area as children. It's also nearly an entire standard city block | /r/MensRights | 28/01/14 06:50 PM
I used to think Wil Wheaton was coolHe makes plenty of incredibly idiotic comments. This is just the latest. | /r/MensRights | 21/01/14 04:49 AM
Bill Limits How Much Child Support Divorced Fathers Must Pay - WisconsinFor a 50/50 split, there shouldn't be any child support payments either way, since they each are responsible for 50 percent of the kid's expenses and each have the kid for 50 percent of the time. Am I missing something here? | /r/MensRights | 14/01/14 06:53 AM
I know two "sexual predators" who were both under the age of 18 when they committed the crime of "making out" with and "feeling out" girls close to their age.Nope. It's completely legal for them to lie about having evidence that will get you convicted for a very harsh sentence just so they can try and get you to confess to the lesser come and promise favorable sentencing for cooperating | /r/MensRights | 24/11/13 08:55 PM
Teenage girls produce child porn, boys they share it with are arrested in massive police operation. No charges for the girls. Not fool proof. With a rooted android you can pull them out of the flash memory before opening them in the app, or you can just use another app to do it for you. | /r/MensRights | 15/11/13 03:21 PM
I was fired for sexual harassment. AM(a)APlus it didn't happen at work. It shouldn't even be considered by the company if it was outside of work and there were no criminal charges. | /r/MensRights | 30/10/13 09:41 PM
Bomb hoax at school, school punishes all male students, even those not involved. (X-Post news)I could in my high school. | /r/MensRights | 15/10/13 06:55 PM
The bathrooms at my office. The women's door has a keypad lock that does in fact lock. The men's door does not even lock from the inside. (sorry about quality)My University locker rooms are the same way. Anyone can walk right into the men's room but the women's rooms have keypad locks on the doors. | /r/MensRights | 07/09/13 12:43 AM
"Finally sent child support"Nope. Mandating that would obviously be implying that women lie and aren't to be trusted. It's another form of basket oppression. /s | /r/MensRights | 23/08/13 12:37 PM
Mother threatens to beat daughter if she doesn't accuse father of rape, now father can't get out of jail after mother and daughter recant stories.Unfortunately yes they can. It's perfectly legal for them to blatantly lie to your face. | /r/MensRights | 19/08/13 01:07 PM
Video in description. Female student assaults male she doesn't agree with by continuously pressing her body against him, he tries to push her away, she screams "get your hand off my breast now" and pushes him over a ledge. That would be good account | /r/MensRights | 07/08/13 10:55 PM
Women attack man, punch and beat with shoes for not buying them a free drink. Bar bouncer joins in beating him and later he is accused of starting the fight.Because being a bouncer requires you to be a meathead looking for a fight and to always take the side of a girl in any argument | /r/MensRights | 12/07/13 04:02 PM
HOLY SHIT. Woman allegedly sends ricin letter to Obama, tells the FBI her husband did it. Why? To win at divorce.Because shes just an attempted murderer. She didn't intend to terrorize a population. | /r/MensRights | 07/06/13 11:13 PM
IRS is ignoring my signed court orderIt's one of the larger stations in MN where he says he is from. It's located just West of Minneapolis. | /r/MensRights | 06/06/13 11:36 PM
In a high school sexting scandal involving 20 students, the 12 male students have been suspended, while the female students receive no punishment.Well obviously that's the best option. | /r/MensRights | 01/03/13 12:11 AM
In a high school sexting scandal involving 20 students, the 12 male students have been suspended, while the female students receive no punishment. Not really and a phone is typically $800 in value plus anything for lost accessories and going without it. | /r/MensRights | 28/02/13 09:39 PM
In a high school sexting scandal involving 20 students, the 12 male students have been suspended, while the female students receive no punishment. That kind of defeats the entire point of having a cell phone. When I was in high school I would leave for school in the morning and not be home until around 10.if I just left the phone at home the whole day there would be no point in having one. | /r/MensRights | 28/02/13 09:11 PM
In a high school sexting scandal involving 20 students, the 12 male students have been suspended, while the female students receive no punishment.Which is theft. Period. And very easy to file a small claims lawsuit for if they don't return the phone. | /r/MensRights | 28/02/13 08:39 PM
In a high school sexting scandal involving 20 students, the 12 male students have been suspended, while the female students receive no punishment.Small claims court isn't exactly expensive. And honestly all it would require is calling the police and reporting it stolen. If they school doesn't immediately produce it its a very simple small claims court case. | /r/MensRights | 28/02/13 08:11 PM
In a high school sexting scandal involving 20 students, the 12 male students have been suspended, while the female students receive no punishment. If they keep or "lose" it, the student has excellent grounds for a lawsuit and will at least get the cost of his phone back, if not more. | /r/MensRights | 28/02/13 07:31 PM
In a high school sexting scandal involving 20 students, the 12 male students have been suspended, while the female students receive no punishment. So have the kid put a pin/password lock on his phone. They won't be able to do shit with it. | /r/MensRights | 28/02/13 06:32 PM
In a high school sexting scandal involving 20 students, the 12 male students have been suspended, while the female students receive no punishment.Which is why you have a password or pin lock on your phone with no removable microsd card. Sure there are ways to get around it, but the school likely won't know them or won't be able to do them. | /r/MensRights | 28/02/13 06:32 PM
Can't believe I had this conversation. As someone on a college campus. That isn't exactly practical. Numerous times I've been walking home at midnight or later and someone will exit a building and walk along the same path as me going much slower. It's stupid as hell to believe every time this happens (hint: at least 4 times per walk, going home) that I should start making noise and speed up/cross the street to pass them. That's just plain dumb. | /r/MensRights | 20/01/13 05:19 PM
