I grew up in the US, but spent a lot of summers in Germany and I always described it to my friends in terms of minimum level of attractiveness (MLoA). In Germany, almost every women meets the MLoA due to the fact that a majority of them are a healthy weight. Personally seems waaaaaay too close to home, literally. Think about the break up or rejection fall out. A girl I worked with dated another coworker and felt like she couldn't break up with him till he got fired. He was a shitty coworker that everyone hated, so it wasn't hard to get him fired, but she was a major proponent. She admitted to me that she convinced him to break rules that led to hes firing. Keeping that stuff out of your apt. My weakness foods are cereal and nutella, so Ive been switching to protien heavy breakfasts. Start cooking your own meals as well. It allows you to cook with healthy ingredients. Also look up intermittent fasting if you're really want to see the fat just fly off.
