Convincing people of aspects of trp depends on timing, the person you’re convincing and how you talk about it. I’ve personally introduced various rp concepts to friends who are open minded to philosophical discussion, in moments where there life experiences confirmed the concepts discussed, and in a way that avoided any rp lingo or doctrinal sounding phrases. This way of exposing friends to red pill ideas, in my experience, has been somewhat effective. I often got to see little lightbulbs going …

Sounds like all the answers you are looking for are inside you. Motivation is a gimmick. If dying is a better option than existing as you are, you have no choice but to work on yourself every day. Get in the gym 5-6 days a week. Make it a habit. Do the work. Start with cardio. Calculate your basal metabolic rate here: https://www.active.com/fitness/calculators/bmr and eat 300-500 calories below it by using a calorie tracker like Chronometer. The “father children with women who cannot locate you or know who you are” portion is too far. You can be in the top 20% of men and have a family and raise your own children. Marriage may be a bad deal, but you can have a family and children without marriage.

Todd Valentine refers to the chit chat as the 30 minute conversation to nowhere. The remedy to this is to establish the premise of the interaction as man to woman. Show her you have a penis essentially. The easiest way to establish premise is to outright call the girl cute or compliment her. However, this is problematic because it puts the girl on a pedestal and gives her higher value in the interaction. You instead want to simultaneously establish man to woman premise AND retain your higher val…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
