It’s completely normal to think about things that you can’t control , you just have to accept them and work on things you can control improve those , do stuff you enjoying doing and put work into those things and eventually the small things won’t be thought about nearly as often. 2	how do i keep the conversation going Just ask them some basic questions, if they are at least slightly interested then they will ask you questions too then after a while when u have decided you and the other party get along over text then just ask them on a date. 16	Where do you get your confidence from ? Just being 100% content with yourself , you can acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses but you are not insecure about what you are not the best at. IMO outside validation of course helps with liking yourself more but proper confidence will only come when you like yourself regardless of what other people say.
