In terms of childhood trauma, I recommend going to therapy (I recommend everyone should, whether it’s 3 sessions ,20 or on going). In terms of leading people, authenticity and confidence/blue find yourself is what causes people to TRUST and follow your lead, make decisions that are reasonable to you.
