I understand the reasoning behind this OP, and I don’t have an issue with it. However, I happen to love fashion and the different cuts, stitching and materials that separate high end clothing from basic brands. Clothing isn’t simply utility for me as much as it is self expression and passion of craftsmanship. This is the same as I view cars, I appreciate the subtle design & material differences that equate to a better, higher quality product. Low end brands typically don’t provide that.

I would since I think it’s disgusting how women can do this to men, but there are a few reasons. One being that it’s somewhat his own fault for not already knowing women are like this. In general, your observation is correct but this isn’t always the case. I almost always get a text back. The key is to not always be texting women, let them text you. I weighed 176 in college but I'm typically around 160-165 these days and can't get over the 170 hump. The problem is definitely my calorie intake as I average between 2000-2500 calories/day when I need to get to 3000-3500. I have a hard time making myself eat that much but I need to just force it.

Great info, thanks for the advice on gluten & things to replace it with, I will add those suggestions to my diet in place of low quality calories. I think that's a big issue for me is I'm not eating enough food that nutritionally benefits me but instead food that merely satisfies my appetite. And on top of that, not eating enough.
