My view on abortion? Wherever a woman can get an abortion w/o the father's consent, the father should be able to get a "paper abortion" w/o the woman's consent. Equal rights baby.

I always find it ironic that self proclaimed conservative women spout the need to return to "traditional values" while doing something that those values wouldn't allow.

Actually, they did get the ERA passed, but it has yet be ratified by enough states to adopt it. Most states see the Constitution, as is, and the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as more than sufficient. As far as post 1985 sex, even I didn't stop. I just became even more selective in accepting the offers I received. And they were still there; many of them. I didn't like condoms as they hurt (I thought "Magnum" was brand - I didn't know it was a size until many years later). However, I'd wager that condo…

TLDR at the bottom I'm the same age as her and I saw things quite differently. I, and I'd argue that most men, went to the clubs to socialize and meet potential partners. There was no other place to meet. There was no internet. There were no more Chads or Tyronnes than there are today. I'd even argue that, as a percentage of men, there were fewer. One must also realize that by the time we reached the age of majority, most states had raised the drinking age to 19. So we couldn't legally be in the…

In 2006 Norah Vincent wrote a book called "Self Made Man" about her experiences passing as a man. Dr. Jordan Peterson (the only professional I've heard speak on the subject) says that most cases of gender dysphoria self-resolve by adulthood. So he would disagree with what your parents did. In 2016 Casey Jaye made a documentary called "The Red Pill" which chronicles her journey out of feminism to becoming a men's rights activist. She also did interviews after. I just did a quick search. This is all per the CDC. 78% of all successful suicides are men. This leaves 22% which are both men and women. Sure they can. A woman can get any man to whom she has access. She need only do 3 things. First, she must become useful to that man. A man never discards anything that is useful to him. Second, she must be the most enthusiastic, sluttiest version of herself that she has ever been or can be. She must be more enthusiastic and sluttier than every other woman he has ever been with. Third, and this is the deal breaker, she must remove all disrespectful language and mannerisms from herself. This inclu…

You can't even do that on some subs. In an askmen sub there was a woman asking what she did wrong. I replied using her own words that she was using to defend her actions as an explanation of what she did wrong. The mods deted the post with a message to me saying that I was being unkind. Since I used her own words, they couldn't claim it was unture. They just didn't like the way I said it. I was tempted to reply to their message with "The truth hurts." I'm not convinced that you made a sound argument against Orwell's position because you used the standards that came out of (after) the atrocities of WW2 as a guide. As far as weapons being diverted, that is categorically false. The weapons manufactured and used during WW2 were directed at their intended targets. There were plenty of them. You claim that those weapons could have been directed at u-boats instead. The use of submarines was a relatively new means of naval warfare at the time. Time w…

Elimination of no-fault divorce means that there must be some sort of reason, such as infidelity, before a divorce would be granted; just being unhappy won't fly. No-fault divorce incentivizes women to break the marriage contract. The marriage contract is the only type of contract where one party is rewarded for breaching the contract. Custody is already sexist as it favors the mother over the father. If you read what I wrote about this in its entirety, you will notice that I said the default sh…

/r/MensRights19/03/24 11:37 PM

The rights are not equal. A woman can terminate her parental responsibilities by aborting the child, even against the man's wishes. A man should have an equal right to terminate his parental responsibilities.

Not enough. Women have been known to grab the discarded condom, fish the semen out of it, and use it to impregnate themselves. Since flushing can damage sewage systems, the best option is to rinse out the condom and dispose of it in trash.
/r/MensRights15/03/24 03:29 PM

But only the mother has the choice whether to bring a child to birth or to abort the child. Neither the father nor the child has any say in the matter. Paper abortion for men is the closest the father has to having an equal say as the mother.

This is full of logical fallacies. Such as: how can selling something be legal if the purchasing of that same thing is illegal? That just makes the selling defacto illegal. I don't know if it was intentional (consciously or subconsciously) or not, but it seems that you are using the word "people" to soften the truth several times in your OP. Here is the first example: "The fact that people make inceldom all about women and how women feel is very telling." The correct word to use would be the subset of people called women. Be aware of the common law marriage laws in your state. Always get a cohabitation agreement before living together. Never represent yourselves as husband and wife. In my state, cohabitation is not required to penalize a man with the full effect of divorce. A couple need only to represent themselves as husband and wife to be considered married by common law. The first step is to abolish the unconstitutional federal Dept. of Education. Prior to its establishment, states competed to provide the best education possible for their children. My home state of Iowa was consistently ranked #1 or #2 year after year. This was achieved through standardized testing: the Iowa Tests of Basic Skills. These tests were given at various points during the year and used not so much to test the students' knowledge as they were to identify areas in which an individual chi…

True princesses were treated as chattel. Their fathers traded them for socio-economic and political reasons. They were then expected to become baby factories, solidifying the familiar/political bonds. If they failed to produce offspring, in particular male offspring, they were often discarded. Sometimes, the method of discard was even death. Explain this reality to women and ask them if they truly want to be treated like princesses. Life has never been a Disney movie.

Then, let me give you something to consider... Women's suffrage must have seemed an insurmountable thing to achieve back in 1838(?) when a woman first published an article in support of it. But she did it anyway, and things slowly began to change. It took nearly 100 years, but men granted women the right to vote in 1920. I say men granted women the right because women couldn't vote and therefore could not directly participate in the ratification of the 19A. Now consider that, from a political sc…

There is no toxic masculinity. There are only toxic people. If a trait was toxic, evolution would have eliminated it eons ago. It isn't the trait that is toxic. It is how one chooses to utilize a trait that is toxic. I.E. aggression can be used to advance in one's career and make more money, or it can be used to rob another and steal their money.

Everybody should be concerned. Roe v Wade was not argued on the grounds that abortion should be legal. It was argued on the grounds of privacy. The question was whether or not the state had the ability to intervene in the privacy of the doctor/patient relationship. One of the grounds which I heard that they used as a justification for overturning Roe v Wade was that it was a "knee jerk" decision to current events of the time.
