I guess, it's most likely one of the various mental issues that I have that is holding me back and making things difficult for me. There's nothing I think I can really do about that though so as far as I know those are permanent.

Thanks for all the advice, I know another thing I've noticed is a lot of the time I'm too tired and don't have enough energy to chat up a girl or approach girls when the opportunity might be there. I've never had issues making guy friends but with talking to girls it's a struggle.

it's all good man I'd never consider myself a ten anyway in my whole life, my confidence with girls has always been really low and I've usually just let friends talk to the girl if I was around her due to the low confidence.
