Even if it's depression SSRIs etc. shouldn't be the first thing you try, though it might be an option later on (or maybe if it's a case of moderate-severe depression, but that'd be a bit more clear than boredom). Seeing a therapist about it wouldn't be a bad idea though. Obviously it's OP's body, but daily consumption of drugs made to affect your brain is a bit risky IMO to try as the first thing when there isn't even a diagnosis.

Drugs should definitely not be your first course of action as they can give you all sorts of side effects. Only if you're getting desperate should you try prescription drugs, start off with exercise and activities first.

Could be one of those optical illusions where it's not quite as high as it looks, tho tbf it looks like it's not because of the angle.

It seems often media won't even reference the studies properly, or just come up with their own conclusions about the result, so short of reading the source material I rarely believe media claiming "a study shows".

Swede here, we've never called it Christmas, we call it ''Jul'', and you guys are really gullible if you actually think we've changed the word to ''Winter Celebration''. Then again maybe I'm the gullible one for not thinking you're all just playing along with the troll..

With so many denominations, I don't get why she of all people wouldn't qualify as a Christian. Maybe she's just a THOTestant?

It wouldn't neccessarily make sense to completely change the way years are numbered (as it would be expensive and complicated), it's just an alternative to avoid having to reference a religious belief when it's not relevant. If you still want to do that go for it. Personally I don't see why it would be a big deal, I use the CE system but I'm not triggered by seeing AD (and iirc I've never seen anyone being upset by it), and I would certainly not call it a PC issue. I just let it be personal pref…

Since the birth of Christ is estimated to be a few years after year 0, year 0 is already not based on Christ. But since the current system of numbering years is used regardless of ones religion, it is the commonly used era, hence Common Era.

Mate, you seem kinda desperate, you should probably consider not putting so much importance on women, just focus on yourself. Read the links on the side of the page.

Try it at least once so you won't have to think about how it feels, once I tried it I haven't been too inclined to want to spend the effort required to do it again. But since I know how it feels I don't feel too bad about missing out.

The only reason that you'd spread your genes is to further evolution through natural selection. Thing is humans have been artificially bred for as long as we've used the institution of marriage, the exception being when women cheat and get pregnant by alphas. But spreading our genes won't really make a difference to the development of our species. The next thing to actually make a difference will be gene manipulation, but that'll just make sex/natural selection even less relevant. So, really, wh…

If you can't even do bodyweight stuff then you really need to go to the gym. Start off doing leg presses and other machines until you can do free weights. Start doing low weights and just add more every time, eventually you'll be strong. It's really the fastest way of adding muscle and strength.

Start lifting (I recommend buying Starting Strength as it's got good instructions and is well-known for giving results). Calculate your TDEE, lifting included. Buy a food scale and download the Myfitnesspal app, weight and calculate what you eat and make sure you're 500-1000 kcal over TDEE, and that you get enough protein. If you do it right you should be able to add 15kg on your torso compound lifts and 30kg on your back/lower body lifts and gain 2-4kg of body weight per month. You can track yo…

Honestly, from what I've seen, this'll only make things more like the anglo countries today as Swedish courts seem comparatively sensible and don't sentence men as easily without evidence. Also, Swedish law practitioners say the new law is idiotic, only populist politicians want this.

Exactly, because men can take a joke rather than taking things personally, and even it's true you joke to cope with it. Obviously it shouldn't be criminal to offend someone, if they don't like the joke they can fuck off. I'll leave this here.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ceS_jkKjIgo
